  I am writing to give the directors and teachers here all the accolades they TRULY deserve. My daughter just finished her pre k and summer program at this location and it was an amazing experience. It truly felt like I was leaving my child in the care of her favorite aunts, she was excited for school every single day. Genuinely caring, loving and trustworthy people who will care for your baby like their own. I will miss them so much. Ms Kathy and Ms Shonda hear any possible concerns and make sure you’re confident in their ability to address. There are so many learning and social activities for the kids and they leave pre k more than prepared for kindergarten.Thank you Riverdale KinderCare!

  This my 3rd try with daycares since my baby was born and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! EVERY staff member is attentive to ALL children needs. I don’t know what anyone gets paid but it’s not enough for all they do, if you’re looking for a caring loving center in area check their availability!

  Kindercare has a certain level of expected excellence this center did not deliver. I called and asked several questions about enrolling my upcoming pre-k student who was already accepted in an elementary school pre-k program. I also inquired about before and after care, thus letting them know my child was of pre-k age. A week prior to school starting, I did all enrollment forms and paid application fees in anticipation of my child starting care on the first day of school. I dropped her off the first day with no problems. They delivered her to her school and picked her up after school. When I came to the center to pick her up, I asked the director, Ms. Kathy about online payment enrollment and that is where they "discovered" my child was not of age to ride in the van because she was not yet 5. How was this missed when all paperwork should have been reviews prior to my child's enrollment? They assumed my child was in pre-k without any verification. There was obviously some lapse in paperwork completion, which is not good when dealing with people's kids. Bad business! So on the first day of school, after 630pm when most daycares are closed, I am scrambling to find care for my daughter. I had to miss work the next day to make sure my child did not miss school because of the negligence of this center. I had held Kindercare in high regards but this has changed my mind.
