From day one, I’ve felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my daughter in the care of the administration, teachers, and support staff. Everyone greets us with a smile, knows our family, and genuinely cares about my daughter. She started attending when she was an infant, and I’ve loved watching her grow and come into her own. The curriculum is strong, she’s always learning something new, and her teachers do such a wonderful job celebrating her milestones with us. I never feel like I’m missing out on her “firsts” because they make sure we’re part of those special moments. Communication is always open and honest, and the Procare app makes staying connected throughout the day so easy. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves coming to school! We now have a second baby who will be joining his sister at Primrose, and we couldn’t be more excited to start this journey all over again. We’re so grateful to have found a school that truly feels like family!

We were there on Friday 21st to ask for spots and the lady that welcomed us the first time was super nice, explained everything to us and gave us the application. She said we can start the following Monday after we are done with our documents. Our son was super excited to star because he really liked the place. Here all the good experiences ended, my wife went with all the documents ready to enroll our son and the principal told her that they won’t take him, without reasonable explanation. My wife felt super uncomfortable and asked them to give her explanation why after we have been told there is a spot for him now we can’t, they didn’t say much but only made some nonsense excuses. Won’t recommend you guys waste your time with them we could’ve enroll him elsewhere by this time. Very unprofessional behaviour by the principal!
