This was a very disappointing experience for my son and our family. Unfortunately, my son was not happy at this school and did not have a good experience overall. I would not recommend this school.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care Luka has received at Primrose Johnscreek Northwest! He has been in the infant classroom since he was 3 months old, and we have felt so comfortable and confident leaving him in the teacher's care. His teachers are incredibly caring, attentive, patient, and loving, and it is clear how much they genuinely care about each child. They have been so wonderful about always keeping us updated throughout the day and making sure Luka feels happy, safe, and loved. We never have to worry about Luka while he is at daycare and that is so important to us! We couldn’t be happier with his experience and are so thankful for the amazing infant classroom teachers! Luka is always playful and smiling and he loves all his teachers and they love him!

Choosing a preschool was a big decision for us, and after having both of our daughters at Primrose of Johns Creek, we couldn't be happier with it.
The leadership is fantastic — organized, responsive, and clearly invested in the school. The teachers are warm and genuinely good at what they do. Our daughter gets welcomed every single morning with real enthusiasm, and you can tell she feels safe and happy there.
A few things that stood out to us compared to other places we looked at:
- Lower teacher-to-child ratios. This was one of the biggest differences for us, and it shows in the amount of individual attention the kids get.
- The curriculum and activities. Structured, age-appropriate, and varied — the kids are constantly learning and doing something new.
- An in-house cook and fresh food. I've seen the meals myself several times, and the quality is excellent. Not something you find at most centers.
- Separate outdoor play areas for each age group, so the little ones get plenty of outside time safely.
- Communication through the app. The teachers send plenty of photos and sometimes videos throughout the day, along with detailed reports. As a parent, that visibility means a lot.
We're extremely happy with Primrose Johns Creek and would recommend it to any parent looking. Thank you to the whole team.

Teachers there are friendly and put my twins at ease. Initially they were crying when leave but now they are smiling and waving me goodbye. I am very happy with the programs they offer at school
