We’ve had a positive experience with this daycare. The teachers are caring and attentive, and my child has enjoyed her time here. Communication has generally been good, and we appreciate the effort the staff puts into creating a welcoming environment. Overall, we are happy with our experience and would recommend the daycare to other families.

We finished 2 years at primrose, we also did summer camp.
Dr Zandra was so lovely.
We like the new owner and management, they made a lot of good and positive changes.
We might come back next summer camp.
The director is amazing. She worked with me for the entire military/child care aware process. The teachers are very honest, they tell you if your child eats or not. They do not have cameras in the classroom but just know that they are very thorough and will treat your child well. I’ve already seen an improvement in my child and I’m so grateful to primrose. They close at 6pm which isn’t the most convenient but for the good experience that my child is getting, I would still bring her even if they close at 4pm. That’s how much I'm pleased with the school. They have an open door policy and are quick to address any of your concerns. There was no incentive given for me to leave a good review, this is just my honest opinion.

Our family has been with this school since my daughter was 3 years old, and the original teachers and management (Ms. Krystal and Ms. Cece) were wonderful. However, under the new management team, the school has truly reached a whole new level!
My daughter transformed from incredibly shy and intimidated into a confident schoolgirl who looks forward to school every single morning! Her teacher, Dr. Zandra (Dr. Z), is exceptional. She goes way above and beyond the standard Georgia Pre-K curriculum, taking extra time to teach vital academic and life skills tailored to each child's needs. She is calm, deeply knowledgeable, attentive to parents' concerns, and dedicated to setting her students up for long-term success.
She’s currently in summer camp, and the new management continues to impress. The program is perfectly balanced with engaging daily activities that build dynamic skills. While lunch service used to be a struggle, the school recently brought on Chef Maria, who has been a complete game-changer! My daughter is a very picky eater, but she clean-cleans her plate now and loves every healthy meal and snack provided.
I am so incredibly grateful for Ms. Sweta, Dr. Z, Chef Maria, and the entire new management team. This school is truly top-notch!
Our baby boy just started his first day at Primrose Duluth West, which is our second baby to attend. As hard as it is to leave our little one, I know he's in caring and loving hands in the baby room with Ms. Miriam, Ms. Maria, and Ms. J. They have many years experience caring for infants, so that helps put our minds at ease as well. They also send us lots of pictures and updates throughout the day on the Procare app, which we certainly appreciate. Our oldest is about to move to PreK and we have had the best experience with him at Primrose since he started in 2022. Though there have been some changes as of late, I feel that the changes taking place are in the positive direction in order to create an even more nurturing environment for the children.
