We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this school. The teachers and management are caring and professional, and our child has thrived both academically and socially. The school is welcoming, safe, and well-run. Highly recommend!

We have two daughters, the older attended primrose as a toddler and thrived in the environment. When we found out we were expecting again and our younger was born in December it was an easy decision to start her daycare education at Primrose Duluth West. Many of the teachers are highly tenured, and seeing Ms. Maria and Ms. Janak was one of the reasons we returned! They are the sweetest and it’s very clear they love the children in the infant classroom.
There’s mobility across the teaching staff and clear that retention of great educators is a priority for the new owners. We’ve been impressed with the level of communication and kindness we’ve been met with since coming back and know we made the right choice.

Primrose School of Duluth West is exceptional. When I first toured the school, my son was only a few weeks old and had to come along with me. He immediately connected with Ms. Maria on the tour.
He officially started attending at three months old, and we have been so grateful for the experience ever since. The infant room teachers, Ms. Maria, Ms. J, and Ms. Nya, are truly wonderful. They provide timely updates and photos throughout the day, and they always take the time during pickup to share additional information about his day. They also do the cutest art projects with the babies.
Being a working parent is hard, but it’s so much easier knowing my son is cared for by teachers he clearly trusts and adores. Seeing him snuggle into his teachers at drop-off, and big smiles and waves at pickup gives me so much peace of mind. We are incredibly thankful that our son has such loving and attentive teachers at Primrose School of Duluth West.
