  I love Primrose Cumming West. I am glad I chose this facility for my son's care and education. Both the teachers and the administrative staff are loving and dedicated and very receptive. I have full confidence that my son is being well cared for. I definitely recommend it!

  We LOVE Primrose. My daughter just graduated in May of 2026 and she misses all her teachers and leaders so much. When she rides with me to pick my son up she walks in like a celebrity because she just feels so comfortable as if it’s her own home. I’m lucky to still be a Primrose parent as my son still attends and will continue for another 2 years. The teachers and leadership team are A++++ if you communicate with them they will do their absolute best to work with you and as a parent we wear so many hats so it’s appreciated. 10000% happy daddy here!

  A wonderful start of the day! A big thank you to our Primrose Cumming West team for putting together a lovely parents day out breakfast! Everything was thoughtfully arranged. Its these little gestures that make parents feel so welcomed and appreciated! Greatful to be a part of this caring school community.

  I really wish I could give this a better review, but I think three is more generous than it really should be, so I have it a two. The daycare is great. My daughter had a great time and we trusted the staff. The was there from two and a half through early preschool. The problem is the preschool program. Don’t go here if you are going to use the GA PreK Program. They really failed my little one. She is struggling so much in kindergarten right now. So much so the teacher asked if she attended preschool. She cannot recognize the alphabet or numbers and I do blame the instruction and teachers. If the children didn’t want to participate, they didn’t have to and weren’t encouraged to do so. They were allowed to basically do whatever they wanted if they chose not to do the classwork or other group activities. It really saddens me that I have to leave this review, but I can’t in good conscience say this is a good program. I do not know how the private preschool program is, but the GA PreK Program ruined the experience we did have. I guess the potential here would be, you get what you pay for and this is a for profit organization. I had higher expectations.

  Our son has been attending Primrose School of Cumming West for three years, and we have had a wonderful experience. The teachers are caring, creative, and put so much thought into fun art projects and learning activities. Our son loves his teachers and has never had a day when he did not want to go to school. The staff and administration are friendly, helpful, and do a great job keeping parents informed. After disappointing experiences at other daycare centers, we feel very lucky to have found Primrose. It is truly one of the best daycare programs in the area, and we highly recommend it to other families.
