We've been at Primrose for almost 4 years. I started with my first and then had a second child and sent them there as well! The teachers, staff and entire crew knows the names and faces of everyone that enters the building and greets us by name every day. I trust them implicitly with my children and I'm so happy this is how their schooling and development started! I recommend Primrose at Grant Park to anyone and everyone!

The teachers, along with the leadership team, are always available to answer any questions I have, which makes me feel comfortable. I was a bystander in the adjacent parking lot and witnessed mishandling of small children and it is absolutely unacceptable what is happening behind these doors when they “think” no one is watvhing . I observed two teachers on the side of the building with about 5-6 children that were around the age of 1years old pulling one baby by their shirt nearly choking them, one was being swung by their arms (obviously he was not old enoughto walk), shaking another one, and snatching another one baby by their arm to the point they cried. I am in disbelief. I have evidence of this incident and it will be going to corporate.
