  As a former teacher at KinderCare, I want to say—Galleria KinderCare teachers are AMAZING! And the director, Mr. Eric, does not play when it comes to your children’s greatness! I couldn’t be more grateful to still be a part of my KinderCare family. We love it here. I know my son is truly loved—he’s confident, well-mannered, and incredibly smart. Thank you all for pouring so much into my family.

  I would not recommend for kids that has any type of delay and the teachers have 15 plus kids with one teacher. They don’t ask you anything before enrollment other than name and address. No questionnaire about the child no immunization records no nothing!

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with Galleria Parkway KinderCare from the infant room to the Pre-K class. Mr. Eric is truly attentive—he always takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions. The staff genuinely care about the children, and my child has always been treated with kindness and respect. I always felt confident that my child was safe and well looked after, no matter the circumstances. There was a time when some staff members needed to take time off due to personal circumstances. Even then, the remaining team stepped up and did an OUTSTANDING job managing everything and ensuring all the children received excellent care. One of the things I appreciate most is that if you ever have a concern, you can speak up and know you’ll be heard. This open communication makes a huge difference and gives parents great peace of mind. Thank you to ALL the teachers!

  The staff is so loving and attentive to my children. 3 of my children have attended this location over the past 5 years and my children have advanced progressively with the teachings and care at Kindercare! The children have good food and playtime. They are given good instruction and taught very good manners. We love the staff so much! They are family to us!
