  We knew finding a daycare was a big decision when we found out we were having our first child and from our tour to Day 1 of daycare, the Carrington team has made the entire experience stress free, exciting, and genuine. The principal, Ms. Britni, and her team (Ms. Marlaina and Ms. Katie) in admin do an amazing job of staying ahead with various communication methods and are always a smiling face when we drop off our daughter. Most importantly though, are our daughter's teachers, Ms. Emily and Ms. Kelly. These two ladies have made all the difference in the world for us since this is our first child in daycare. Their energy, kindness, and genuine love for what they do makes drop off and pick up each day something we look forward to. The activities are thoughtful in the infant classroom, with lots of photos throughout the day to see how they are doing. I would highly recommend Carrington to anyone looking for a daycare that treats the kids as one of their own, has a safe environment in terms of state regulations and general practices, offers creativity with structure, and has employees that genuinely love their job.

  As first time mom, I was nervous about starting daycare, but I couldn’t have asked for a better start for our little guy. Ms. Britini and Ms. Katie are wonderfully organized from an administrative standpoint and helped us feel so welcome from day 1. Our son lights up when he sees Ms. Bri in the morning, and Ms. Felicia is such a joy. Grateful to be a part of the Carrington family!

  We are truly so happy and grateful for the wonderful care our son, Charlie, has received at Carrington Academic in Alpharetta. From the very beginning, we have felt welcomed, supported, and confident that Charlie is in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where he can learn and grow. A very special shout-out to his teacher, Ms. Priya, who has been absolutely wonderful with Charlie. She is so sweet, patient, and caring, and it means so much to us knowing that he is greeted each day by someone who genuinely cares about him. She has helped make his experience at school such a positive one, and we are so thankful for all the love and attention she gives him. The entire staff at Carrington Academic has created such a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere. It is clear that they truly care about the children and are dedicated to helping each child feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Seeing Charlie happy, comfortable, and excited to go to school has been the greatest reassurance that we made the right choice. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him and truly appreciate everyone who pours their time, energy, and love into caring for our little guy!

  There were repeated issues with our daughter being denied breakfast despite her being present during the allotted/ scheduled breakfast time. We unenrolled her after just 2 months of attendance. The ONLY reason we decided to leave a review of our experience (I don’t typically leave negative reviews) is because one week after we submitted our notice of withdrawal, the principal sent us a note listing all of their “concerns” with our daughters behavior (which none of these things were presented to us before hand, we never knew they had any concerns until after we submitted our withdrawal). The letter felt very retaliatory and it just didn’t sit right with us.

  We are so incredibly grateful for our experience at Carrington Academy Avalon! From the very beginning, Britini made the registration process so easy and welcoming, and scheduling our tour was seamless. We immediately knew this was the right place for our daughter. We enrolled her in Ms. Shonda’s private Pre-K class, and she has been absolutely amazing! Within just THREE days, our daughter has adjusted so well, loves going to school, and is so excited to be in Ms. Shonda’s class. It brings us so much joy and peace of mind to see her happy and thriving. ❤️ Britini, Marlaina, and Katie have all been wonderful and so welcoming throughout this entire process. Their kindness, communication, and genuine care for the children and families truly stand out. Ms. Shonda, thank you for being so amazing and awesome! We can already see the positive impact you’re having on our daughter, and we are so thankful she is in your classroom. 🥰 Most importantly, my heart is at ease knowing my child is in such wonderful hands. We are so thankful to have found a school that doesn’t just feel like a school—it feels like family. ❤️ Thank you, Carrington Academy Avalon, for making this transition such a positive and comforting experience for our family!
