As a parent, there is no greater feeling than dropping your child off each day and genuinely knowing that they are safe, loved, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly have their best interest at heart. The entire staff has been absolutely incredible. They are kind, attentive, responsible, professional, and so incredibly communicative. I absolutely love the constant updates throughout the day—it gives me such peace of mind being able to see what my daughter is doing, how her day is going, and all of the fun things she is learning and experiencing. What means the most to me is the sense of security I have when she is there. I never find myself worrying about whether she is being cared for properly because I have complete confidence in the people caring for her. That kind of trust is priceless as a parent. They have also always been so willing to communicate with us, listen to our concerns, answer questions, and work with our family whenever we need anything. You can tell that they genuinely care about the children AND the families they serve. My daughter is happy to go to school, and knowing she is in an environment where she feels comfortable, supported, and loved means everything to me. Primrose has truly become such an important part of our family’s life, and I am incredibly grateful for every teacher and staff member who helps make it such a special place. If you are looking for somewhere you can feel completely comfortable entrusting with your child, I could not recommend Primrose more highly. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. ❤️

I cannot express how amazing this place is and the facility always includes parents in many functions throught the year! The facility is very clean and welcoming to everyone! :)

He loves talking about his teachers and all of his friends. The teachers and staff are wonderful and have done a great job at making us feel comfortable each step of the way. The owners were so kind and generous during a period of some health issues for my toddler. And special shout out to Mr. McKinney for giving my littlest one extra attention during drop off and pick up - she’s going to be such a smarty pants and feel so comfortable when she joins her big brother at school. We definitely recommend checking out this school!
