My son attended Cypress Creek KinderCare from the time he was 10 weeks old until he was 2 years old. For most of that time, this facility felt like a safe, nurturing place for him. Unfortunately, that changed in a matter of minutes. Within 30 minutes of starting her shift, the young toddler's teacher, Sara G., laid her hands on my son in a forceful manner (fully witnessed by my husband). What is even more concerning is the response from the director, Becca, who has refused to take meaningful action regarding the incident. As a result, Sara G. remains responsible for a classroom of 12-18-month-olds—children who are too young to tell their parents when a teacher handles them inappropriately or makes them feel unsafe. That should concern every parent with a child in her care. The most disappointing part is that this happened at a center we had trusted for nearly two years. My son grew up here, and I never imagined I would have to question whether he was safe. A daycare's first responsibility is protecting the children entrusted to them. When a serious concern is raised and leadership chooses not to address it, that trust is broken. This was a safe space for my son until it wasn't.

My Son is Special Needs and sometimes needs extra care. Since day one Mary Beth has made me feel extremely comfortable with my son’s first daycare Journey. We moved back to town and had a rough time transitioning. She always reassures me that he’s fine when he’s at School. Since Becca has started at the director with the center she has made it her mission to get know my son and make his journey as smooth as possible with him being non verbal. She communicates effectively and always keeps me informed. They go out their way every day just to make sure he’s included and safe. I thank god for these two Ladies and his amazing Teachers Sa’Bria, Genesis, Molly, Marie and Carrie. If you are a new parent like me and interested in this Kindercare; I can guarantee you won’t regret it!

KinderCare was the best daycare for my daughter! They always kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind. I loved seeing how much she learned and grew through their teaching. The staff truly care about the kids, and it shows. I could tell my daughter felt so comfortable with the staff, she was excited every day when we pulled up! If we ever need daycare again, she will definitely be back. I highly recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and educational environment for their child!

Very dirty, and the new director only cares about the numbers, not the children's well-being. I think that for what they charge, they should offer better quality and more professionalism. I don't recommend it; there are better daycares for less money.
