  We’ve had the best experience with Primrose of Tampa Palms! The teachers, leadership team, and every staff member are incredibly professional, kind, caring, and loving. They create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported. It’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about the children and puts their hearts into what they do. Our family truly appreciate their dedication, patience, and kindness, and we couldn’t be happier with the care our children receive. We highly recommend Primrose of Tampa Palms to any family looking for a daycare they can trust and feel great about!

  From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by the sweetest smile from Miss Erica Johnson, making you feel welcomed right away! ❤️ When I take my son to his toddler classroom, Miss Lara and Miss Berkitte welcome him with the warmest smiles and hugs. When I pick him up, I’m greeted by another happy smile from Miss Pittman before heading to his older toddler classroom, where Miss Lowe, Miss Gilis, and Miss Conley are usually dancing, playing, and making sure he’s having a wonderful time. As a mother, nothing means more to me than knowing my little boy is surrounded by people who genuinely care for him, make him feel loved, and help him enjoy his day. Seeing the smiles, hugs, laughter, and love he receives makes me so happy and grateful. You can truly feel the warmth and positive energy throughout the center. Thank you to all these amazing ladies for making my little boy feel so loved and cared for every day! It means more to me than words can express. ❤️

  When we first walked into Primrose, we immediately knew it was the right place for our daughter. From the moment you speak with the staff and teachers, you can feel the warmth, care, and passion they have for what they do. We feel completely at ease knowing our daughter is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her, support her development, and want to see her succeed. Ms. Quijano is exceptional. In the short time our daughter has been in her classroom, we have already noticed such a positive difference in her behavior and speech. As new parents, we truly appreciate the feedback, guidance, and advice we receive each day, as well as the updates throughout the day that allow us to know how she is doing. We are so grateful to have found Primrose and to have teachers who care for our daughter with such dedication and kindness. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such wonderful hands!

  We’re so grateful for the teachers who care for Wesley every day. Ms. Savannah has been with him since he first started, and it has meant so much to have someone who knows him so well and has been part of his growth from the beginning. She is always so caring, patient, and attentive. Ms. Giles joined Wesley’s older toddler class more recently, and she has already been such a wonderful addition. She is always so warm, caring, attentive, and patient with him, and we really appreciate how comfortable and supported she makes him feel. It’s been so nice seeing the bond they’ve already started to build, and we’re very thankful for the care she gives him each day. We truly appreciate both of them and all the love, patience, and care they give Wesley. Happy World Teachers’ Day to two wonderful teachers!

  Parents considering Primrose School of Tampa Palms, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions before enrolling. I’m very glad I did. One of the biggest concerns for me: there are no cameras in the classrooms at all. This is especially important to me because my child has individual needs and cannot always communicate what happened during her day. For my family, having that additional level of accountability and visibility in a childcare setting is important. I was also concerned by the condition of some of the plastic cups I saw. They appeared very worn, with visible deterioration/shredding of the plastic. The cups were sitting out in the open as well. I asked if I could simply provide my child with her own non-plastic cup, utensils, plate, and food containers instead. I was told that I could not. I was also told that the children use paper plates. My conversation with the director was what ultimately confirmed that I would not enroll my child here. When I tried to discuss whether there could be flexibility regarding my child’s individual needs and the items I wanted to provide, I was repeatedly asked to explain her specific medical conditions. My child was not even enrolled, and I was not comfortable discussing her detailed medical information at that point simply to find out whether these items could be accommodated. I also personally found the director’s tone during the conversation rude, condescending, and dismissive. Rather than feeling like my questions were being heard and addressed, I left the conversation feeling talked down to. I was eventually told that we were “not a good fit.” I asked why, because I genuinely wanted to understand what specifically made them reach that conclusion, but I did not receive a clear answer. Every family has different priorities, and parents can decide for themselves what they are comfortable with. For my family, no cameras in the classrooms, the condition of the cups I observed, the refusal to allow me to provide my child’s own eating and drinking items, and the way my questions were handled were enough for me to decide against enrollment. For me, however, transparency, respectful communication, classroom visibility, and reasonable flexibility around my child’s individual needs are extremely important. I’m sharing this because I wish I had known these things before considering enrollment. If these issues matter to your family too, I recommend asking about them upfront and deciding for yourself whether their policies meet your child’s needs.
