  We were one of Primrose Riverview’s founding families, and our daughter attended for over a year. We had also reserved a spot for our second daughter. In retrospect, we regret our involvement with Primrose Riverview. In December 2025, we were given three days’ notice that a new male teacher would be joining our three-year-old daughter’s preschool classroom. Because our daughter was still being toileted, we asked for a transfer to another preschool classroom with female teachers and immediate availability. Two days later, we met with Michelle. We had never seen Michelle before but were told she was in middle management. After we spent several minutes explaining our request, Michelle's response was short: "I don't know what to tell you. We're not moving your daughter." Michelle's dismissive attitude and refusal to provide any sort of accommodation were genuinely surprising. It seemed like she relished in turning us down. Of course, we immediately disenrolled both our daughters. In the end, the new teacher was a no-show. If Michelle had chosen to work with us, the situation would have resolved itself. Instead, her stubbornness resulted in the loss of two students.

  Great school with great staff. After having a bad experience at another daycare I was thankful I found a place that cared so well for our little ones.

  I have loved our experience at primrose riverview school! Our daughter attends the school and she started at 3 months of age. She is now almost 11 months old and reaching all her milestones. She is absolutely thriving at the school and its all because of how helpful, patient ans attentive her teachers and the staff is. I would definitely recommend primrose riverview to all parents, especially first time parents. The communication with the teachers and the staff really helps with the initial anxiety of school.

  It has truly been a blessing to have our daughter attend this school. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family considering enrollment. Our daughter is genuinely sad on the days she has to miss school and full of joy on the days she gets to attend, which speaks volumes about the environment, care, and love she experiences here. We are deeply grateful for the impact this school has had on her.

  I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far at primrose school Riverview. As a first time mom I was so nervous for my daughter to start daycare but from moment we walked in I knew she was going to be in great hands! The staff is amazing. Her teachers she’s had so far have been great (toddler 2). She’s learning so much from her language skill, sign language, colors, numbers, motor skills social skills, and the list goes on. I am beyond grateful for primrose school Riverview and I definitely recommend!
