I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Carla as an outstanding manager at KinderCare. She is the cornerstone of the daycare’s operations, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school.
Carla is exceptionally organized, approachable, and professional, always managing tasks with efficiency and grace. Whether coordinating schedules, resolving concerns, or maintaining clear communication with parents and staff, she does so with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
What truly sets Carla apart is her warmth and ability to make every family feel welcomed and supported. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the children and their families, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
I cannot recommend Carla highly enough. She is a true asset to KinderCare and a shining example of leadership and dedication.

I moved my kids from another daycare. And honestly it has been NIGHT AND DAY! My kids are much happier here they actually want to go to school. They love their teachers Ms. Sophia, Ms. Thea and Ms. Carla! The school is clean and my kids have NOT been sick since moving to this school! My oldest son has gotten SOO much better at tracing his letters and numbers and my youngest son has gotten so much better with Behavior Management! Honestly I am extremely grateful for this move and extremely proud of the progress that KinderCare has had on my boys! Thank you!

I know there are not the greatest reviews of this school out there, but my son has been in this school for over a month now and the new director has repeatedly wowed me. She really is making an effort to make this school a better place. Unfortunately, with parents not always telling the truth when their child(ren) are sick for the fear of not being able to have a place for their child to go when they have to go off to work, it’s not an easy task. But, I always feel I can have open and honest conversations with her about the health of my son since that comes first! And she is always very sympathetic to my little boy when he does not feel well. I feel like the employees all work together and act as a family. And I feel that my son and I have been welcomed into their family as one of their own. The director has taken measures to make sure my child feels at home and safe here and I wouldn’t choose another place for him. My son is 17 months old and his teachers are amazing. Miss Madison and Miss Mariola work so well together to make sure the kids are being well taken care of and feel loved when I am not there to provide that for him. They make drop off easy for me and kindly find a fun distraction so he is rarely sad when I leave him in the morning. There seems to be a few comments about the teachers “not watching the children enough” but the state law is 6 children to 1 teacher in his age range and for parents who have a child this age know that 6 children to one adult can be a handful. Miss Madison is the main teacher I deal with day to day and she is honestly the best. She is always prompt to let me know if my child fell and hurt himself or seems to be struggling with something. It honestly angers me that parents are so quick to judge any mistake made by a human being. If you don’t feel like your individual child is being watched closely enough then you should not have your child in any daycare and you should consider getting a babysitter or nanny instead. The law is the same across the state and honestly through most of the country and the teachers have training and background checks to go through before they can become a daycare teacher for any school. CrossRidge KinderCare has the highest expectations of their teachers and staff that I have seen and it is not the new directors fault that she came into a messy situation. But her dedication to making this school a better environment for all of the children and parents in it is what I admire. I love how open and honest the director and teachers have been with me about my child’s wellbeing and safety. The director is always quick to respond to my messages which is huge for me since many other daycares do not seem to be on top of this. The effort I feel coming from this daycare is above and beyond. And a big plus is that I love seeing the pictures come through the app of what my child is doing that day! Every little update down to if my child’s diaper was wet or dry and how much of his food he ate has made me very satisfied with them! I hope many other parents feel this way as they deserve much love and support from us as they love and support our children daily.

This school has unfortunately gone downhill. Had to pull both my children after repeatedly being hurt by other students while certain teachers and directors did nothing. Was lied to about discipline plans for children who intentionally harmed other students. Moved to another school and it’s like night and day. Only writing this to help other parents protect their children.

I never write reviews but for this one I felt like I should. I have been trying to get my two boys just put on the waiting list, not even enrolled, and either they did not know what they were doing and had a really difficult time or they were just giving me the run around and not bothering. I tried for a month and a half and called every week. I spoke to multiple people who stated there was a problem with the system and they were attempting to send me an email for enrollment. I never got an email. Then the secretary told me to call the following day to follow up. Saying I definitely should have gotten the email this time. Well I didn’t…again. So when I called back the following day a new person answered and said the day prior was the secretary’s last day and they also have a new acting director. This threw me so many red flags. Why did both the director and secretary leave? Also, when I called the last time they answered as T’s daycare when all along I was thinking and have been told it was KinderCare. So where did that come from? This was such a nightmare process that I don’t feel safe sending my kids there. It seemed like a scam, they are very unorganized, or just don’t care. So upsetting. I would try to steer clear of this “daycare”
