  From day one the staff at Primrose Oviedo has been super understanding and compassionate. The Administration has been super helpful ensuring I have received the appropriate help when it comes to the financial aspect. Ensuring I was using the proper veteran perks I was afforded and also ensured my daughter was in the right classroom for her age. Daily updates on my child’s development and pictures of her having fun and learning has made the experience with Primrose amazing. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with a facility that ensures that not only parents are satisfied and happy but they go the extra step in learning about the children they are caring for on a daily basis. Our kids aren’t just a number, staff ensure to know the kids names and make them feel at home. Thank you for everything you guys do for my family.

  My daughter has been attending Primrose of Oviedo for over a year now. She has absolutely thrived there. Her teachers, Mrs. Rupp and Mrs. Santana are incredible. There is so much care and patience put into what they do. My daughter sometimes has issues with drop off (she’s attached at the hip) the team they have upfront, Mrs. Anaston, Mrs. Stone and Mrs. Turner are always there to help make the transition as easy as possible. I’m so grateful to everyone there, I feel comfortable and confident that she’s in good hands.

  The minute we stepped foot into Primrose Oviedo we knew it was “the one.” Our daughter was starting school for the first time with a lengthy medical history so I was a nervous momma. BUT they have been nothing short of accommodating, kind and a genuine, safe place for our entire family. As a parent, I feel confident in who is leading and loving on my girl. And simultaneously, I know that I can come to the director, front office staff and her teachers with anything and be met with grace, understanding and attention to detail. Our daughter asks to go to school daily (weekends included 😅) and is always so excited to run inside and see everyone. I truly can not brag on or recommend Primrose Oviedo enough - they have brought so much light and love into our lives.

  My son has been at Primrose Oviedo for 6 months, and it has been the best decision we’ve made as a family. His teachers (Ms. Kyra and Ms. Segarra. Preschool 2) have been incredible. I love that when we arrive in the mornings, everyone knows his name, from the director to the teachers in other classrooms. We feel very supported in this first-time school experience. WE LOVE PRIMROSE and all of its staff.

  I visited this school for a tour and found the Director and Assistant Director to be unwelcoming and dismissive. The interaction was troubling and raised serious concerns about potential bias toward individuals of darker skin tones. I hope this review brings attention to this issue and encourages accountability and change.
