As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are loved, safe, and genuinely cared for when they are away from home. That is exactly what our family has found at Primrose Schools of Lake Nona.
With three of our children attending, we have had the privilege of experiencing firsthand the incredible dedication, compassion, and professionalism of their entire team. From the curriculum to the daily interactions, everything is done with purpose, heart, and a true commitment to helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
What truly sets Primrose apart is the way they become an extension of your family. The teachers and staff take the time to know each child individually, celebrate their personalities, encourage their strengths, and support them through every stage of development. Our children are excited to learn, eager to go to school each day, and constantly coming home with new knowledge, confidence, and unforgettable memories.
We are endlessly grateful for the love, patience, communication, and care they have shown our family over the years. It is comforting to know our children are in an environment where they are not only educated, but genuinely valued and nurtured.
Thank you, Primrose Schools of Lake Nona, for the impact you continue to make on our children’s lives and for treating our family like your own.

Primrose is a good daycare because they have structure, great curriculum and their teachers are good and very loving. I love their procare app is well set up and easy to use.
However, If your child becomes a challenge for them they will suggest an ABA therapist for your child, even though they cant diagnose your child. In my case, Nelli Hajdu provided me all the brochures for ABA theraphy, indicating that Taylor Henry worked on their last most successful case of a challenging child in Primrose of Lake Nona. Also, ABA theraphy is for children diagnosed with autism, if you dont have a diagnosis they will suggest Taylor Henry from Bright Beginnings which takes children with or without any diagnosis. So if you don't have one ABA therapist in less than 2 months, your child be kicked out. Admin staff don't have any type of empathy to any situation regardless of having 20+ years of experience in early learning education. If your child does not behave like they expect them, becomes a challenge to them and is not accompanied by an ABA therapist, then your child wont make it. They dont know how to help a child in need unless is accompanied by an ABA therapist. They write reports about everything, teachers job depend on them writting everything that happens in the classroom. They don't know how to redirect children if is not by their rooster rules which is not for every children. You can have meetings with admin staff but regardless of the plan you make with them, they will not follow through and will call you to pick up your child (if this happens constantly, that means they want your child out my friend).
Its a very typical franchise daycare, instead of helping children with challenges, they kick them out. No interest on children's needs, because they need to keep their perfect daycare image.

We absolutely love this school! It has an amazing environment, providing great education, learning and fun. The most important thing for me is knowing that my child is in good hands, being cared with love and respect by all members of the school.

We have taken our son and daughter to Primrose Schools of Lake Nona since they were infants and can only say fantastic things about them. Mr. and Mrs. Wickham and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and show they truly care about the children and families. The little things like being greeted by name every day as we walk in goes a long way. Security is great as they have a key coded door to enter and cameras and gates around the entire building. The playground has artificial turf so the kids don't get hurt or bug bites and there is even a splash pad for those hot summer days! Our daughter loves eating all of the freshly made breakfasts, lunches and snacks and we get an electronic report daily filled with notes and pictures through an app called Tadpoles. Our oldest, who is now in 3rd grade, was very well prepared for elementary school when he started and I relate it directly to the excellent curriculum they teach from an early age.
My kids and I favorite part......"Cookie Day" every Thursday!
A big personal Thank you again to Mrs. Wickham for all that you do in helping providing exception care for our little ones! From organizing the open house events to taking part in the costume parades, you have made Primrose feel less like a daycare and more like an extension of our home!
