At first glance, the overwhelming number of positive reviews made this place seem too good to be true—but unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite. My nephew has been attending this facility for nearly a year now, and the frequency of phone calls we've received regarding him being injured is deeply concerning. While it’s understandable that children may occasionally have accidents or disagreements—kids will be kids—there is a clear line between normal childhood behavior and a pattern of repeated incidents that are not being adequately addressed. What’s most troubling is the apparent lack of accountability and follow-through on the part of the staff. Despite these ongoing concerns, there has been little reassurance that appropriate measures are being taken to prevent future issues. Parents should not be left to "figure it out" on their own or feel like they’re overreacting when legitimate concerns are raised. This facility needs to do more than just operate on a good reputation—they need to take proactive steps to ensure a safe environment, communicate transparently, and show families that they are committed to resolving problems and protecting the well-being of every child in their care.

Let's start by saying my son has been at KinderCare since he was 4 months, he is not almost 2 1/2. We absolutely love KinderCare. Everyone we have come across is wonderful. The director Ms. Michelle is so helpful, Ms. Jessica has been there since my son started and she is the one to get him to smile in all his photos, Ms. KC is always there to calm him down he is his having an off day, Ms. Sasha was so wonderful to him and the other students ( always takes the time to get him to join in and play). I just think I was scared for him to start daycare and KinderCare has made the transition from infant to toddler so awesome. Thank you everyone at the Lee Vista location.

Love the school. My six year old has been going there since he was infant and is now in their summer camp and after school program. My 2 year old goes there and has been there since he was 12 weeks old. Great teachers who really care about the kids and the Director and Assistant Director are really nice and care about the well-being of all the kids. I trust them with the care of my kids and their growth and learning.
