As a parent, it’s never easy dropping your child off at daycare, and there’s always that little bit of guilt when you head to work. But Primrose School of Oldsmar has completely changed that for me.
The biggest reason is Ms. Hannah. Every single morning, my daughter walks right into class and gives Ms. Hannah a big hug without a single tear. At other daycare facilities we’ve attended, drop-offs were often filled with crying and anxiety. Seeing her so excited to go to school speaks volumes about how safe, loved, and at home she feels in Ms. Hannah’s classroom.
You can tell Ms. Hannah truly knows every child as an individual. She understands each student’s personality, needs, preferences, and what helps them thrive. She gives every child the attention and care they deserve, and it shows.
I also can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose as a whole. The front desk staff is always welcoming, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. Everyone genuinely seems to love what they do, and that positive atmosphere is felt throughout the entire school. The facility is always spotless, and there are so many fun activities for the kids—from Kona Ice days and foam parties to optional extracurriculars like tennis, soccer, and gymnastics. There’s always something exciting for them to look forward to.
This has been, without a doubt, the best daycare experience we’ve ever had. Knowing my daughter is happy, excited to go to school, and genuinely loved while I’m at work makes all the difference. As a parent, that’s the greatest peace of mind you can ask for. Thank you, Ms. Hannah and the entire Primrose team, for making our family feel so cared for. ❤️

I cannot recommend this school based on my family's experience.
After my son was physically hurt by another child and hit his head on concrete, I raised my concerns with the school and expected his safety to become a priority. Instead of feeling supported, I felt that our concerns were dismissed.
Following my complaint, I noticed a significant change in how my son was treated. Rather than working to improve the situation, staff frequently separated him from the other children. This made him feel isolated and unwelcome instead of protected.
I was also disappointed by what I perceived as unequal treatment of students. Some children appeared to receive preferential treatment, while concerns raised by other parents were not addressed with the same seriousness.
As a parent, I was looking for a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where concerns about bullying and aggression would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I ultimately felt I had no choice but to withdraw my son from the school.
I hope the school will take parents' concerns more seriously in the future and ensure that every child is treated fairly, respectfully, and safely.

Both of my kids have attended primrose since early infancy (about 3 months) and we have never felt any apprehension about sending them to school. In fact, we have always felt comfort and confidence knowing our kids are in good hands. There are so many teachers that my kids have adored and loved which makes me feel more comfortable sending them to school! They have both learned so much and have developed so well while at Primrose. We could not be happier.
