I usually have a good experience at this haircut school, and most of the students are polite, professional, and do a great job. That’s why I keep coming back.
However, my recent experience with a student named Akki was very disappointing. The haircut was not done according to what I requested — instead, he proceeded in his own way without listening. More concerning, he was very careless during the process and ended up cutting/scratching my skin in multiple places on my face, which is unacceptable.
In addition to that, his behavior came across as rude and unprofessional compared to the other students I’ve interacted with here. It also seemed like he was not properly prepared, as he didn’t have the right equipment ready.
I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize the school as a whole — because overall it’s been good — but to highlight a serious issue with this particular student. I hope the school looks into this and ensures proper training, supervision, and evaluation before allowing students to graduate or work independently. I strongly urge the school to reassess his training, closely evaluate his readiness, and take appropriate action before allowing him to graduate or work independently
Customer safety and basic professionalism should always come first.
