  I leave my 17-month-old son for the first time to go to work, I was afraid because it was the first time I was leaving him with strangers, but the KinderCare app puts me at ease; they send updates about his day—showing wonderful photos and all his activities—which makes me feel much more confident. I don't regret choosing KinderCare.

  My Grandkids think this is their second home. It is clean, they love their teachers. The food is good and my grandkids dont want to come home,

  My experience with KinderCare Greenacres was disappointing. While the teachers were kind, caring, and wonderful with my daughter, my concerns were primarily with management and communication. As a first-time parent enrolling a child in daycare, I relied heavily on clear and accurate information. Unfortunately, I felt that communication from the director was lacking. The tuition and fees I was initially quoted did not match what I was later expected to pay, which created confusion and made it difficult to trust the information I was being given. I chose this center because of its convenient hours, as they open earlier and close later than many other childcare providers in the area. Looking back, I ignored several red flags because I needed the flexibility their schedule offered. Everyone's experience may be different, but for me, the lack of clear communication and consistency made me uncomfortable. Once trust is lost, it's very difficult to regain. Because of my personal experience, I would not recommend this location to my friends or family. Again, I want to emphasize that the teachers were great and deserve recognition for the care they provided. My concerns are specifically related to management and communication.

  My granddaughter attend this preschool since she was 8 was old. On our time here we have seen teachers come and go which is expected with the economy being the way it is but every teacher she encountered wether it was he main teacher or a fill in was so loving and caring to my Mimi. They loved on her sent great pictures through the app and the director communicated and helped me with any issue that may have came up. Mila learned so much from this school and I am grateful for the director and staff.
