  Hi my family started with kindercare of Longmont in 2019. When Ms.Jackie was running the place. She was absolutely amazing she got my kids in within a few days! Since her departure the place has gone down hill. Its like its more of how the place looks than how the place is actually ran. Its shoild be more focused on how its ran and with how they take care of the kids than how pretty the place looks. From new director to new director. To so many changes within the center. They also switched the times the center was opened and for us parents who worked at 7 am and not in longmont made it very hard to make it to work on time. They also would go through times, and still do, where the school age room has to be closed due to staffing. Most workers who are no longer with the center would tell us how badly the current director and the one before her treats them and well it was no hidden thing when you could hear the director yelling at them. They few ladies who have been with the center since before we came are amazing. Especially how they all came together through covid. They learned how to use the tablets for the kids to help with schooling when school was closed. MRS.Nicolette if it wasn't for her all these years Especially through covid, we wouldn't have stayed. She has always, since day one, gone above and beyond for her kiddos! We had just transferred from another day care in 2019 where they were abusing children and scaring kids and leaving them unattended. Mrs.Nic made me and my kids feel safe and made my kids feel loved. When it's a kiddos birthday she always makes sure something is set aside for the kid. If the kid is having a tough day she does what she can to figure out the problem and find a solution. She works with the parents to help us all be on the same page and help make sure the kids are taken care of and safe. She always goes above and beyond, works her shifts and has done split shifts just so she can make her appts and come back to finish out her work day. She has always put her kids first and has made the day care a special place. If my kiddos didn't age out and we didn't move they would still be in the center with her.

  Being my first child I was terrified. Til I heard all about Kinder care! They're amazing, clean and very well at keeping you up to date everyday on your child's information. I know my daughter loved it there because she always greets the teachers with a smile😊.
