As a school psychologist, I have a deep appreciation for early childhood programs that support the whole child, and I have been incredibly impressed with the positive impact that Primrose School of Littleton has had on my son. The school’s focus on “active minds, healthy bodies, and happy hearts” is evident in every aspect of the program. We are incredibly thankful for the dedication and care the staff brings each day, and we feel fortunate to be part of such a wonderful program.

A 5-star review for a 5-star daycare. Colorado Shines rated them perfectly, and we couldn't agree more. My wife and I came to Primrose Littleton after leaving a daycare where we had real concerns about safety and honestly, what our kids were even doing all day. From the moment we walked in, those worries were gone. The staff actually greets you warmly every single visit, not just when you're new. Our boys are learning, not just being watched. The teacher-to-student ratio is solid, the environment is inclusive, and they have an in-house chef cooking fresh meals daily. They also host family outings outside of school hours that our boys look forward to. I really could keep going. Only nitpicks: the waitlist has grown since we joined so if you're considering it, don't wait. Parking at pickup can get a little tight but we've always found a spot. As parents, Primrose gave us a peace of mind that is hard to put a price on. Highly recommend.

If you want a one stop shop for daycare choose the Primrose School of Littleton. Many of our friends including us have had to switch daycars not happy with previous centers. We have been lucky to have found a school like primrose of littleton where you never have to worry and you know your child is safe and with people who love them. We are wonderfully greatful.

Switching to Primrose was the best decision we could have made for our daughter. After a tough experience at her previous daycare, we were looking for a place where she would truly feel safe and supported, and the team here absolutely came to the rescue. The environment is incredibly welcoming. I love that the leadership team knows every child by name and greets them individually every morning - it sets such a positive tone for the day. Our daughter has grown so much, both academically and socially, and I have total trust in her teachers. They do a great job of balancing learning with the fun stuff that makes being a kid special, like spirit days and celebrating different cultures and traditions. Communication is also top-tier. I’m always in the loop on my daughter's day, which gives me so much peace of mind. On top of that, the events they host for families have been a great way to actually get to know other parents in the community. It is always sparkling clean in the facility, and having a highly qualified and loving nurse on the leadership team makes us feel so safe and secure about all things health & germ-spread prevention. We couldn't be more grateful for the Primrose team!

Update: Leadership at Primrose referenced “confidentiality requirements” and “steps already taken” in their public response to my review (seen below). In the interest of transparency, current and prospective parents should know that those “steps” included having their attorney at Goodspeed and Merrill send my family a cease‑and‑desist letter threatening a defamation lawsuit in conjunction with a fabricated CPS report if I did not immediately remove my review. The CPS allegations they threatened to file were created by flipping our concerns about the school back onto us; even if those allegations had been true, they still would not constitute child abuse. I intended to attach the threatening document they sent so families could see it for themselves, but Google will not allow me to upload those images for reasons that are unclear. Any parent who wants to understand the situation more fully is welcome to reach out. My review is based entirely on my firsthand experience. Original Post: I’m writing this as a parent who keeps receipts—emails, timelines, photos, everything. And based on that documentation, I want other families to know what we experienced here. Our son came home with a bad bruise on his back, yet we heard nothing from the school. When brought to their attention, the school said they documented it, but they repeatedly refused to give us the incident report. This wasn’t an isolated issue. When our son caught a virus the school had emailed about a week earlier, the owner later denied the presence of the virus—despite us having the original message. We also discovered missed diaper changes in our son’s log that led to a severe diaper rash. From my perspective, this daycare is more focused on protecting its image than being honest with parents or providing consistent care. Please do your homework before enrolling—ask for policies in writing and trust your instincts.
