- LRLibby RensNov 13, 20245.0Updating in 2026: Still love Primrose. The teachers genuinely appear to enjoy being there, and that positive energy is obvious every day. At pickup, I am often greeted by teachers who are not even assigned to our children’s rooms, excited to share how they interacted with our kids during shared activities. It says a lot about the culture that staff across classrooms know the children and are eager to engage with them. Communication is clear, consistent, and proactive. We always know what is happening during the day, and questions or concerns are addressed promptly. It has been a very positive experience for our family, and we continue to be grateful for the team at Primrose. 2024: We are so pleased with Primrose! The communication is clear and consistent. Jeneane and/or Ali are always there to greet us at the door and they have awareness of the activities and status of all the classrooms - they are very involved. The classrooms are clean and open. All of the teachers we have interacted with (young toddler and Early Preschool) have been warm and engaging. They are always engaging with the children, not just watching them.

They have great communication and keep us informed of all our child did throughout the day. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and the teachers were really kind and seemingly all the staff knew my child’s name! Great place!

Each classroom set up and daily activities are thoughtfully designed and age appropriate. We've had an excellent experiences with all the teachers, who show they genuinely care about our child's wellbeing. We have also had a great experience with the administrative staff. I would recommend Primrose Ken Caryl to all families searching for a well run and caring daycare facility.
