Ana was such an amazing teacher (we had her for infants and last I knew, she had moved to PreK) but other than that, most of the teachers didn't have much experience/childhood education and the director and assistant director didn't seem to support the teachers much during difficult scenarios/situations. Our daughter got bitten 7 different times and the teacher was telling me she was "searching on google" how to prevent more bites. I would prefer a daycare where the staff know how to handle normal daycare incidents such as biting (separate the biter and bitee, give the biter an oral teether chew toy, add an extra teacher to the room for closer evaluation/prevention of biting, etc). If the teachers don't have the background/experience/education, the director and assistant director should be helping and teaching their staff how to handle these situations but the teachers were just left on their own to figure it out...
The center always seemed very chaotic with the director/assistant director and teachers yelling back and forth above the kids heads about ratios and making sure the different classrooms had enough coverage and they would also move teachers around and kids around to the point that there wasn't much stability for anyone. Teachers didn't know the Kids in their rooms and many times the teachers wouldn't even know when my daughter last had water or where her water bottle even was...
A lot of times at pick up I would have to check up to 4 rooms before I finally found my daughter, her jacket, and her water bottle. It caused a lot of stress and I'm sure that didn't help the kids who acted out, they were probably stressed out.
It seemed like the school cared more about numbers/ratios, varied food, weekly curriculums, and updating their app with pictures/diaper changes rather than the children's well being and safety which wasn't what I was looking for. I do think they did a great job building weekly curriculums, diaper changes and bottles were given in a timely manner, and the chef would make fresh varied meals which was nice but not at the expense of my daughter getting bitten 7 times and going from loving daycare to hating it/being scared of school. We've luckily found a good place to go since then and she has gone back to feeling safe and loving school which is nice to see. I hope kindercare is able to sort out these issues, they definitely have the potential to be a good daycare.

We really enjoyed our years here! Management was very on top of things, and my daughter had the most caring and wonderful teacher, Ms Connie. We have very fond memories and were sad when it was time to move.

I don’t agree with the lower ratings. I have an infant and a two year old and have been trusting them to care for my kids for two years. I love the teachers and my kids love to go to school every day

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Apparently if there's inappropriate "touching" by another student , repeatedly, they will do absolutely nothing about it. Policies and procedures are old school.. "hush hush sweep under the rug" mentality. If you value the time someone spends with your child while you are away then run, run, run fast away from Kindercare!!!!!
