Every morning walking into the door, my son immediately got a warm welcome and they know all the kids names , which feels super sweet and special. We start sending my son to primrose around 1 years old and he had some rough time adjusting to the new routine and new environment. His teacher was super nice and patient with him. She reached out and communicated her observations. Then asked questions to get to know my son better and come up plans on how to work with him better. First time sending kid to daycare was so very scary. I really appreciate what they have done and that make me feel assured that my baby is in good hands. Now that my son has been there for more than a year and has transitioned a couple times to different age appropriate classrooms. The teachers helped my kid have a smooth transition every time. Can’t say enough thank you for that.

His teachers are communicative with pictures, his mood, his sleep and what he's eaten for the day which I am so appreciative of. The office staff has been proactive in sending me information I needed to understand their approach to learning. Overall happy that we've joined Primrose.

He has always been excited to go to school, his teachers seem to care for him and understand his personality, and he is well taken care of. There is always some turnover at daycares and Primrose is no exception, although I do see less turnover than other daycares. At this age I look for safety, learning, and healthy play (as well as good meals, help with potty training, and maintaining behavioral rules). I find that Primrose does all those things and we have been very happy there for this stage before he goes to pre-k!
