Our experience with this Primrose location was deeply disappointing. While we had high hopes based on the school's reputation and values, what we encountered was a lack of clear communication, professionalism, and basic empathy.
Choosing a school for your child is about more than just curriculum -- it's about trust, respect, and how families are treated. Unfortunately, our experience made us question whether those values are truly upheld here.
I hope the leadership takes feedback seriously and reflects on how their words and actions impact the families they serve.

Update
Thank you for following up. However, I did reach out to you personally via email over 10 days ago, and unfortunately, I have not received a response. In that message, I clearly included both our names and the staff members who assisted us, so I find it disappointing that you’re now saying you couldn’t identify us.
I kindly ask that you check your inbox again—you should be able to find all the details I previously sent. I hope this matter can now be given the attention it deserves.
Thank you.

Great school with amazing staff! We loved having our kids attend here. Unfortunately, we had to discontinue due to moving. The staff was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, and the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The teachers and staff are amazing. We have been utilizing this Primrose since November 2019, and have benefited from the their exceptional standards of care. Our boys love "going to school" and have learned so much from socializing, to alphabet and spelling, to counting and simple mathematics. Our experience is one I gladly share with friends and relatives. I highly recommend not only Primrose, but this location.

We can’t say enough good things about this school! We have new baby and putting him into daycare while we work was not an easy thing to do. Mrs. Gina and Ms. Beth have made the transition so easy and I know our little buddy is so happy and loved. Everyone greets him by name when we come in- the front staff are lovely and so helpful. He comes home with new skills weekly & we get sent pictures daily which eases this Mamas heart. We are so happy with our decision to go to Primrose.

We’ve only been at Primrose for a few weeks now but love it! Our 4 month old started going in February and the teachers in his room have made me feel so safe and comfortable. They keep me updated with every bottle, diaper change, and nap, and best of all - they send pictures of him having fun throughout the day! It was so hard thinking about leaving my baby with someone else but everyone at Primrose has made going back to work so much less stressful.
