My son went here for two years. While Primrose has an excellent national reputation, each Primrose is a franchise, so the management really determines the quality of the place. The parents are really frustrated with the owners here. My son and several other kids were bullied relentlessly and the management did nothing about it - I met with them and they said their hands were tied by protocol. They only kicked one of the four bullies out once he finally choked a little girl. The teacher turnover is very high because they are also frustrated with owners. When looking at preschools, check the Colorado Shines record. This will tell you all you need to know.

We love the Primrose family and have had our children attend both of the daycares under this ownership. They are nurtured at school and come home every day with new skills and words to share. We are grateful for the community here and the individual attention that our children get from their teachers!

Primrose West Woods is miles ahead of our last daycare. They are organized, structured, caring and kind. They work with the parents, communicate well and love on our kids. My toddler and baby absolutely love it there and miss it when we go on vacation or are sick. Thank you to the whole staff for being so amazing!
