We have had a great experience at Primrose Candelas. Our kiddos have had great care from the teachers and leadership staff and we have loved seeing them learn and grow. We appreciate the structure curriculum while also giving them opportunity to be creative, play outside and more. Additionally, the meals cooked are a huge perk and it’s gets our kiddos to try new foods they may not normally eat at home. We are so appreciative and thankful for Primrose and love sending our kiddos here! Thanks Primrose Candelas :)

I would encourage parents do to their research before entrusting Primrose Candelas. We made the decision to unenroll our child from the care of Primrose following a series of leadership failures involving child safety. We expressed the concerns directly to the owner, Fiza, and Director, Brittani. However, these concerns, listed below, were not taken seriously as basic measures - such as increased parent communication and information about who is in the classroom with the children- were not taken by leadership (even though they were promised). All of this is well documented.
Leadership’s admission in a recorded teams call of their awareness that teachers were “yelling” (which they later corrected to “speaking loudly”) at the children.
At least two recent instances involving Child Protective Services where leadership hired teachers who committed reportable offenses of known or suspected child abuse or neglect while inside the building.
Leadership’s “standard policy” that they do not inform parents of who is in the classroom with the children in order to prevent “back and forth communication”
Additionally, it is also relevant that Primrose was previously on probation with the State of Colorado, experiences significant teacher and leadership turnover, and hired a team member in active substance abuse withdrawal necessitating emergency response to report to the school. I would strongly advise any parent to do their research before trusting their child to the care of Primrose.

I usually don't write a review but this school has made a happy kid to not wanting to do anything. They don't care about kids but money at the end of the day. When you try to talk to the management, they will throw all rules but yet they don't follow any to themselves.
If you love your child, please don't enroll until they change management.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Primrose at Candelas. While there are some good people there that care, overall we had a very disappointing experience with our older infant daughter. She got hurt twice in their care within a matter of days and their response felt much more about saving corporate face than one of understanding and even simply just acknowledging our concerns as first time parents. Our daughters injuries were totally preventable, and the directors said they would run our safety concerns by the owners (whom we never met) and “corporate” and would get back to us. We heard nothing in response. No communication after that, no “we understand you’d be worried that your child got hurt multiple times in our care” or simply just “we care about your child’s safety”- nothing like that. We understand if things can’t change, but it was just like they didn’t want to deal with us after that. We were told that “maybe this place wasn’t a fit for us” and our daughters injuries happened because she wasn’t “acclimated” to the space. I suggest finding a different care setting for your child.
