  My two sons attended this facility for a little over 2 years, and I am grateful for the love, care, and dedication their teachers showed them. Knowing my children were safe, happy, and genuinely excited to be there gave me great peace of mind. The staff worked hard and consistently provided daily updates, and we will truly miss the teachers, who felt like family. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to recurring billing issues and frequent requests to keep children home because of staffing shortages. While I always paid on time and worked with the center when challenges arose, I was required to keep my son home when a balance was owed, yet after being overcharged, I have been waiting more than two months for a promised refund. So the consideration wasn’t reciprocated. Although the director expressed sadness when I unenrolled my child early due to this issue, I felt that “sadness” was not genuine since she seemed almost happy to tell me I would have to keep my child home before paying a balance owed for less than a week. My last daycare actually was more considerate and worked with me with more compassion than this one. The teachers were wonderful, but my experience with billing and Tammy the director was disappointing.

  Our kids have been attending Arvada West KinderCare for two years. The entire experience has been a positive one. Even throughout our own little bumps along the way, the entire team has been supportive with great communication, and have been patient and kind to our family as a whole. Our kids return home having completed adorable art projects and spend the days working with letters, numbers, music, books, calendars, weather etc. As parents, our expectations have been exceeded regarding how well rounded the activities are. Every meal the kids eat is noted on the app; pictures are posted daily, and the phone is answered. The communication that is so crucial to feeling safe as a parent is top notch. Any time we have brought up a concern to Tammy or anyone on the team, they have handled it professionally and promptly. It’s going to be hard to leave this group of fabulous people behind as the kids transition to school.

  The Arvada West KinderCare team is simply amazing! They made me feel so welcome from day one. The facility is always clean and organized. Highly recommend!

  We love Arvada West Kindercare! The directors, teachers and staff truly care about the children in their care. The center is clean and our child loves it there. We get updates throughout the day on how our child is doing, which we appreciate They have plenty of activities for the kids, even the infants! We often find art projects done by our child in their folder to take home with us. There are so many fun opportunities to get to know the staff and other parents as well. If we ever have any questions or concerns they are addressed promptly, and we always feel that we can ask for help if we need it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for trustworthy childcare in Arvada.

  We’ve been at Arvada West Kindercare for 2 years, starting in the infant room. We’ve had a wonderful experience in Infants, Toddlers, and now Discovery Preschool. The staff are attentive, the teachers are caring and truly care about our daughter and our family. A great gem of a school in Arvada. We see positive growth in our daughter each and every day and love the enrichment she receives.
