I’m not quite sure where to start. Our experience at this establishment was not like some of the others mentioned. We have been going there for roughly 4 years and have brought up both of our daughters through this place. There have been a lot of rocky times at this specific location with a lot of changes in leadership, staffing, etc. While we always had concerns about some of the things that were taking place, we trusted the staff working there and didn’t want to mention anything to corporate. One of our final weeks there our daughter was seriously injured by another student. There was no notification that took place for this, and we had to find out about it through seeing the physical damages on our daughter upon pick up. We immediately called to ask questions and raise concerns about what happened. Those concerns were met with admission of guilt regarding not having proper care established for the students in that classroom. They shared they were short staffed, and incidents were bound to happen because they didn’t have all the appropriate resources. They apologize for the incident, but said that there would not be no further conversations or repercussions for the other student involved. I finally reached out to see what could be done about the negligence. This was met with nothing but brush off statements and aversion. After four years of what we felt like was family, it was hard to be met with such indifference to the situation. I now wish that we hadn’t kept quiet about all the other small things happening at that center. There are a lot of things happening there that put the children at risk and ultimately are purely neglectful. If you’re looking for a daycare for your babe, I would highly highly highly encourage you to stay away from this establishment.

My daughter hated going to preschool. It was hard to get her to separate from me or her nana. She loves going to this school and she loves Ms. Marie and Ms. Koby. They are extremely accommodating to my young diva and I feel safe leaving them in their care while working.

I drive an hour and a half to drop my baby girl off at KinderCare and to get to work each way and it is totally worth it, I wouldn't want it any other way! This KinderCare location is absolutely amazing my kids have both loved it. All the teachers and help there are so caring nice and helpful. I feel so safe with my kids being there and their happiness means the world to me, thank you so much Ina KinderCare!!!

I love the teachers and staff here! I don’t like how the fees are raising during a pandemic though. We have 5 enrolled here and get assistance from the state because we are a blended family with no help(physically or financially) from the other biological parents. We just found out that corporate is going to charge $180 per kid per month for the school year(that’s more than summertime pricing FYI). I have to have them at the daycare bc I work full time, my fiancé works full time and as much as we want to take care of our kids by ourselves, unfortunately to live you have to have money. Again, we LOVE the people at the daycare, our kids rave about their teachers and their teachers love them, I just wish that for larger families there could be some financial relief like multiple kids discounts or something along those lines.
