Ericka Tithof is absolutely amazing! She gave me the best facial I’ve ever had in my life. Listened to my skin concerns, talked me through the treatments she was doing, and helped me figure out what to do with my skin moving forward. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Ericka was absolutely amazing! As a mom of an energetic two-year-old, I desperately needed some self-care, and this Facial was exactly what I needed. I felt so relaxed that I even caught myself snoring! Ericka made me feel completely at ease, and I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and so much better. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been coming to IMAJ for a few years, thus having treatments from an array of students. While all of the students have done a nice job, recently there is one service provider that has really impressed me, showing an incredible amount of passion and talent in esthetics. By far the best facial I have ever received here, just wow. The time and care that Shadin puts in is second to none; I cannot recommend her enough. Never have I ever specifically requested a service provider at IMAJ, because all of the students do a nice job, but Shadin has really set the bar to another level. With that being said I have already booked with her 3x in the past 4 weeks- Again, a very talented young woman, thank you Shadin for your excellent work and kind self.
