- SSStephanieAug 14, 20255.0I can’t say enough wonderful things about Downtown KinderCare! From the very first day, the teachers made us feel so comfortable leaving our children in their care. They are warm, patient, and truly go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, and supported. I have 3 children in 3 different classrooms and I honestly can’t complain about any of them! The staff communicates well through the Kindercare app and keeps us updated on our children’s day, and celebrates every milestone right alongside us. The environment is clean and full of engaging activities that make learning fun. I can see how much my children have grown in confidence, skills, and happiness since starting here. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about the kids and loves what they do. I’m so grateful to have found such a nurturing, center right here in downtown. Thank you to all the amazing teachers and staff for everything you do! You’re truly making a difference in our lives!

- DMDesi MarieApr 8, 20241.0Every time I walk by this place I’m concerned why so many babies are crying & screaming like they are in pain! And it’s not just for a quick minute or so, no, it’s like 15mins and on, just crying. Isn’t anyone caring for them “KinderCARE”? I’ve heard bad stories about this place and as a working parent I would never bring my baby here. If management sees this please take into consideration that maybe the ratio of staff to babies should be looked into or even better check your staff members.

After about two weeks of going to this KinderCare, he was comfortable and was super excited to go everyday. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They have an app where they send pictures and videos throughout the day and a report at the end of the day that tells me what he ate and how many diapers were changed. I would recommend them every time
