NO PASS - NO PAY Exam Preparation

The test preparation includes a two hour Business Management video, one year access to our in house study system Read, Learn, and Test modes. You'll also gain access to our video library through the online Contractor Dashboard powered by iContractor.net. We encourage you to purchase the open books from iContractor.net for this exam and while studying you can highlight and cross reference the study questions.

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors requires Arizona contractors to file for a surety bond in the form of a license bond in the amount required by their license classification and the anticipated annual gross volume for the business. The License Bond provides the financial security and construction assurance on building and construction projects by assuring residential project owners the contractor will perform the work and pay subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers and commercial contractors will comply with all commercial codes set forth by the state. Arizona Contractor License Center specializes in providing Arizona contractor bonding services for the Arizona Contractor. Our bonding specialists will help guide you through the bonding process, work with you in completing your bond applications and assist you with the filing process. We have been responsible for filing thousands of bond applications each year helping the contractor secure the proper bonding coverage's at the most cost effective premiums.

Who May Have to Post a Taxpayer Bond? Certain Transaction Privilege Tax license applicants who will engage in contracting. Certain prime contractors who have construction contracts valued at $50,000 or more. Persons who are delinquent in paying Arizona taxes or have a history of delinquency.

Statutory Agent Services

Choosing the Arizona Contractor License Center as your Statutory Agent will help you keep your entity in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission, the Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Department of Revenue with address changes, annual reports, renewals and changes in the entity. The ACC does not send out notification of annual report filings that are due, but as your Statutory Agent we take care of that for you.

    Ivonne , was the gal that I delt with and she was amazing. 10 out of 10. Just a wonderful person. Made my experience from start to finish outstanding. In this world today where most people are angry with no personality, no customer service skills. She is just the opposite of that,fantastic at her job , wonderful personality the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. I would highly recommend this place especially with Ivonne helping you.

    I had an outstanding experience working with Monique Sordia throughout the entire process of obtaining the ROC license for I&I Flooring LLC. From beginning to end, Monique was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. She made what could have been a stressful and complicated process feel much easier by providing clear guidance, consistent communication, and support every step of the way. You can truly tell that she cares about the people she works with and takes pride in helping them succeed. Thanks to Monique’s help and dedication, my ROC license is now officially approved, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this next chapter for I&I Flooring LLC.     Could NOT have done it without ACLC and Monique Sordia. The learning system built my confidence to the point that I KNEW I would pass the state tests. Monique guided us every step of the way. She answered each call and email within minutes. Monique was beyond pleasant to work with. She made sure that the required ROC paperwork, applications, bonds, name registration, etc., were turned in properly. Our waiting time for all of these things was drastically reduced because Monique and the Arizona Contractor License Center have this process down! Thank you, Monique! Thank you ACLC!
