  Where do I start I love this place..the staff is amazing..I have had two of my grandkids there when they were infant n toddlers and the care they got was amazing that now I have my granddaughter attending and she loves it..I would recommend this place and give it 10 stars😊

  Bright Beginnings takes great care of my 6 month old. Theresa, the owner, exudes protective mama bear energy, to the fullest. I was extremely sick last week and she jumped into action and had my infant brought to my car. I wasnt made to feel like a crazy inconvenience. Just a mom doing thr best she can and they were willing to accomodate and keep everyone safe in the process. Very good experience. I can truly say the kids are in great hands! My son is the baby of 5 but has a very pleasant and calming disposition. I was worried that daycare was going to beat it out of him, but not here. He loves everyone from Papa Frank, ms. Jazmin, to Mr. Jarod, and of course Ms. Heather will always have a special smile waiting from him. Bright Beginnings has been a blessing to my family, the pictures throughout the day, the structure and the love of the entire staff and the big kids. We made the best choice, you should too!

  My son has been going to this daycare since he was six months old and within the last eight months things have gone extremely downhill to a point that I had to withdraw him immediately. The teachers are not ever the same , there is never enough teachers in a class room full of kids, and they don’t act like they’ve had any training . About a year ago two toddlers got out and we’re walking around in the neighborhood and then two weeks ago, a smaller toddler got out and thankfully a parent brought them back inside seeing this with my own eyes( which the own blamed parents not her staff). The owner nor teachers took any accountability for any of these kids getting out. Which is so terrifying for any parent. I had extreme concerns with Mr. David on how he speaks to our three-year-old and his reactions when three-year-olds are being three-year-olds he seems like the type of person that is about to flip a switch an have an explosive breakdown. If you’re working in a daycare taking care of kids and they’re the emotional well-being, You should be patient when they’re are upset and crying not yell at them for crying. teach kids patients rather than anger I brought this up to Marsha and Teresa and they understood where i was coming from and stated he does need training in his emotional aspect but things never changed. I hate to write bad reviews but pay the extra $50 to put your kids somewhere where they’re going to succeed emotionally and be kept safe .

  I’d give less than one star if possible. Do not trust these people with your kids especially infants or toddlers
