  After enrolled my 2 year old son at KinderCare,I'm totally sick of the leaders at this place and I decideded to leave this uncomfortable place!!!However the teachers who takes care of my son they are nice and very patient young ladies. I am really appreciated them. Firstly we are busy parents so that we don't mind how much they charge us. Secondly I drop off my son around 10 am everyday and pick him up early around 4-5 p.m. And before I handed my son to them I feed him,I get everything done so that make the teachers easier. Thirdly,the things make me sick of them are: they send one or two teachers home before 10 p.m.So if we arrived a little bit late ,more work to the teachers staying with the kids.It's overwork to the teachers and also your kids can't be took good care of!!!! Last,I wanna shout out!Open your eyes big.Not everyone of them are nice,patient,loving teachers working here.They don't care about the kids too much,so I just grab my son and leave . We are very considerate parents and doesn't care how much they charge, I am even willing to pay more if they can take good care of my baby!

  I’ve always been the kind of parent who refused to put my child in any type of childcare—no matter what. But sometimes life has other plans, and I eventually had to find childcare so I could continue providing for my child. I started researching and scheduling tours, visiting eight different childcare centers in total. Out of all of them, only one truly stood out to me: KinderCare. I actually called them and spoke to Olivia while I was up the street outside to ask if I could stop by for a tour, and she welcomed me right in. From the moment I walked through the doors, everything about the place—from the environment to the incredible staff who care for my child—was so reassuring. I’m beyond grateful to have found them. They’ve not only helped my child learn and grow, but they’ve also supported me in ways they probably don’t even realize. The staff have listened to me, worked with me, and shown genuine care for my child. Even though there’s another daycare just one minute from my home, I gladly drive an extra seven minutes to KinderCare—because I know that’s where my child truly belongs and feels safe. These people go above and beyond every single day, and they care for my child as if he were their own. I couldn’t ask for a better first and hopefully only daycare experience.

  I would never refer anyone to this daycare. I pass by this daycare on my way to work and it never fails. Each time I pass by I remember my 2 year old boy crying in terror. I kept being told by the staff that it was perfectly normal and that it may take weeks for him to adjust. But, I’m glad I listened to my motherly instincts and took him out of there. On my sons first day and after telling staff it was his first day, he cried. I waited in the lobby to see if he’ll come down and didn’t. When I get up to take a look I see him tugging on the staff sweater seeking compassion and the lady just pulled away from him. So mean! When I confronted the team lead she just said it was because they have to respond to other obligations and wouldn’t be able to console him. When I went back to pick up my sons belonging , I heard one of the staffs yelling at the children upset at them - I didn’t see what the kids had done so not sure about that. What I do know This place is definitely not for me, I wholeheartedly regret taking my son when he was only 6 months old who couldn’t talk to defend himself. At least at 2 he may not be able to talk in complete sentences but his emotions said it all. Parents please trust your instincts and listen to your kids emotions if they don’t want to go it’s for a reason.

  Definitely read all the reviews but tried not to allow them to affect my decision and that was a HUGE MISTAKE. They have been short staff which is understandable so in the morning you have to call and get on a list which I did. I showed up to drop my child off and was yelled at by another staff member in a completely different room that I couldn't leave my child.. I have never spoken to this staff member and she is not a teacher in my sons room so i didnt know who she was. I then grabbed Kellie to ask if I was on a list and idk who this staff member is telling me I can't drop off my child, Kellie confirmed I was on a list and while she was explaining to the other staff that I did call and was on the list the staff member stated in front of Kellie to me, "this girl has a name and we been calling so you need to update your number since you obviously put it in wrong" my number was correct and come to find out the whole time she was confusing me with another parent.. completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my child that can't speak for himself and I un enrolled since I felt this way. I came to pick up my child's belongings and was yelled at from across a room from Robin stating "come have a talk with me" I stated that I didn't want to continue and I just wanted my belongings, she got my bag and aggressively tossed it at me... I am 100% glad I took my child out. If they ALL act that way in front of other children and staff is comfortable being that aggressive, I could only imagine what they do when no one is around.
