  If I could give less stars I would. DO NOT trust them with your child. My son is 3 months old and has received MULTIPLE incident reports after being there LESS THAN A MONTH. They have the worst communication - the first incident where my sons head was “brought to the ground” by another child and “scratched” wasn’t even brought to my attention until HOURS after it happened.. not to mention I talked to the teacher, the centers director and the front desk girls and EVERYONE had a different story and had the attitude that “it wasn’t that bad” or more like they wanted to save their butt by lying to me of the severity. A superior to Kindercare even called me to apologize, because it was handled wrong from start to finish. Clearly the issue wasn’t handled moving forward because todays incident was the icing on the cake to never come back. He was again scratched by another mobile child when he is too young to defend himself or move. These “teachers” aren’t close enough to stop reports from happening and completely neglect the children. I don’t feel safe bringing my son to another kindercare ever again. extra note - the “no shoes inside classrooms for sanitary reasons” is a lie. I have seen Andrea and multiple other teachers walk with “protective booties” from the hallway to the classrooms bringing in all kinds of dirt and germs from outside shoes in the high traffic area. Brought this to the directors attention and still saw it after. Overall parent to parent - this place is insanely unsafe, unsanitary and you should not trust leaving your child here.

  If I could give less stars I would. Please do not bring your precious children here. There was neglect and abuse from a teacher in my daughters class and the issue was brought to the attention of all 3 women in the office. Nothing was resolved. Finally, another teacher came forward to me and spoke up about the suspected abuse and it was confirmed by her that it was indeed happening. I came to them once again with my concern in hopes to finally get the issue resolved. Their solution was to get my child and leave. She was rude and condensing towards me and lied to my face. These ppl are evil... stay away!! I wouldn't bring my dog here. Thinking about writing the Mayor of Arizona of the corruption and cover ups of this abuse going on inside this place. These children deserve better!!!!!

  I was just quoted over $2300.00 a month for my two toddlers to attend the day care program.

  My daughter is 15 months and has been coming here since she was 5 months. Diapers, formula, milk, and food are included. My daughter is vegetarian and they are really going about accommodating her diet in a healthy and balanced way like we do at home. It is apparent how much the teachers truly care about the kids. I love the pictures and updates we get throughout the day, and I feel that their curriculum has really been impactful with our daughters development. I’m glad to know when I drop her off before I go to work that she’s in safe and caring hands. I would recommend this daycare to anyone that lives in the East Mesa area.

  BEWARE... First administrative woman asked me to put on scrub socks over my shoes which is fine, but before we proceeded to the room all she did was take off her flip flops and walked in barefoot. Secondly as I was putting my scrub socks over my shoes I overheard an associate getting upset and as I turned around I looked through the window and saw an infant crying loudly and he was laying his head on the tummy time pillow she reached down and proceeded to grab his hips and Shake him. Before picking him up to calm him down, I did tell the administrative woman at the end of our tour what I had seen, she went over and confronted the associate who shook the babies hips. The associate said that she was just doing a bicycle movement with the baby which I know was not true. But the administrator believed her associate over me and did nothing about it. Reminder always do drop-ins for reasons like this I will NEVER use KinderCare
