My daughter has been going here for a little under 4 years. She starts school soon so it’s time for her to move on. I honestly can’t express how happy I am with her time here. She has grown into a beautiful, outgoing, loving child and it’s in part do to her experience here. The staff, the teachers, the environment have always been kind, always looked out for her, and always showed her love. Amazing school. There has been changes but the values of the school have remained the same. They truly care about the kids!

Primrose has provided such a caring, nurturing, and welcoming environment for our toddler. Every staff member is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about the children and their families.
Mrs. Olson, Ms. Toner, Ms. Jones, and Ms. Beltran in the Toddlers classrooms have been absolutely amazing. They have not only cared for our son as if he were their own, but they have also helped teach him so many important skills and encouraged his growth every step of the way. It has been so rewarding to watch how much he has learned and developed during his time in their classroom.

I truly wanted to love Primrose School of Palm Valley. Unfortunately, the constant leadership turnover has made it difficult to have confidence in the school. Within just the last couple of weeks, the assistant director has left, and now the director has also resigned. While Melissa has recently joined the leadership team and has made a wonderful first impression, the amount of turnover is still concerning. It makes me wonder how much stability there is behind the scenes and whether these changes will continue. I’ve also received multiple messages from a new VP and several other people whose names I don’t recognize, which only adds to the feeling that leadership is constantly changing. As a parent, consistency and communication are incredibly important, especially when trusting a daycare with your child. The teachers in the classrooms deserve recognition because they’ve always been the bright spot of our experience. My concerns are directed at the ongoing leadership changes and the lack of stability at the administrative level. That said, I am hopeful about the new leadership. Melissa has made a great first impression, and I genuinely hope the new leadership team is more present, aware, and involved with both the staff and the students. A strong, consistent leadership team that supports its teachers and communicates openly with families can make all the difference. For the sake of the children, families, and staff, I truly hope this is the positive change the school needs.
