  We absolutely love Primrose! Our son has been attending for the past year and has grown so much during his time there. He has transitioned from the Early Toddler program through to the Early Preschool-2, and it has been so special to watch him thrive. Each transition was made smooth by the caring staff. He loves his friends and teachers, and we’ve been so impressed by everything he’s learned. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him to learn, grow, and feel loved! We hope to enroll our daughter in the program in the near future!

  I never Imagined I could trust anyone with my baby as much as I have been able to trust Primrose. After almost a year of a daycare being defensive with every concern and gaslighting, I pulled My child put them in Primrose. From my first phone call, I felt seen and valued and my child’s development exploded in just a few months. Every staff member is loving and compassionate. The owner, Anita, never hides behind a desk. She is engaged and present and it inspires so much trust from the top down. Amber, the director, And all of the administrative and teaching staff are simply phenomenal. Having my child at Primrose gave me peace of mind I never could believe was possible. I cannot recommend this school enough, And most importantly, the people who run it. I will forever be grateful to the entire team.

  Great staff, great program! Kind, caring and joyful energy from the moment I walked through the door. Love the pictures and updates they provide throughout the day. Would give them 10 stars if google let me

  As a very Type A first-time working mom, choosing childcare was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I toured nearly 10 different facilities, did endless research, and asked a million questions—and Primrose School of West Chandler truly stood out from the rest. Looking back, I’m so grateful I made the decision I did. Our son started at Primrose when he was just 12 weeks old, and I was incredibly nervous about the transition. From day one, the team made the process seamless and immediately put me at ease. The staff is exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. The infant room is always spotless, and it was obvious how much love and attention they gave each baby. During his time there, our son learned so much and absolutely thrived in their care. One of our favorite parts was the daily communication. The updates on bottles, naps, diapers, and photos throughout the day helped us feel connected and reassured while we were apart. Even while working, I always felt informed and involved. The only reason we left was because a close family friend offered to nanny for our son—an opportunity we simply couldn’t pass up. Otherwise, we would have happily continued at Primrose. In fact, when our son is older, we would absolutely love to return. I will forever be grateful to the entire team at Primrose School of West Chandler for the incredible care, love, and support they provided our son. They made what felt like a daunting transition so much easier, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. 💛 If you’re an anxious parent trying to make the “right” decision, I can honestly say choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we made for our family.

  Primrose of West Chandler is truly the leading standard of early childhood development and education! Ms. Anita the owner is warm, knowledgable and passionate. Ms. Amber the assistant manager is a walking sunshine that wears many hats to ensure they days are flowing and going smooth. The classrooms are very clean, neat and tidy yet full of activity and learning fun! Every morning our daughter wakes up and is soo excited to go to school! Ms. Garcia is a one of a kind teacher that is soooo patient, kind and thoughtful. You can tell that she truly loves each and every kiddo in her class. The way she gets them to sit and listen for circle time is something close to magic. She picks very interesting and engaging topics to cover and it’s always so fun getting updates and hearing what they’re learning about. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school ❤️🍎 thank you primrose for all you do for each and every kiddo past, future and present.
