not only are the shift hours ridiculous (offering shifts as stupid as 2 and a half afternoon hours) but the morals of this place are cold, calloused, and NOTHING i would want in a school, certainly not in vestavia hills of all places. i went in for a tour to consider schooling here and the forest green (or rather, ATTEMPTED forest green- it looked rather sickly to me.) halls were cold, lifeless, and reminded me much of that big hospital on the other side of 'bama. i came here to let the people interested in schooling here to puhhh-LEASE find somewhere else!

My daughter attended Primrose for 5 years and loved every minute of it. During the important early years of education and development, we feel primrose gave our daughter the love and support that was needed. Forever grateful to all the team.

I went to check the place for my kids. I came early to my appointment so I parked in front of the day care for about 10 minutes. The kids were out with the caregivers. Only one teacher was so active with the kids, And the rest were talking to each other and checking their phones like the kids don't exist, one of the toddlers came close to the fence and started putting little rocks in her mouth while her teacher was on the phone. And when she saw her she asked her to stop and get back to her instead of the teacher reaching out to her and bringing her back. One more thing that bothered me so very much during my tour they showed me where all kids uses the restroom after they come back from the play ground. So the door was open while children were using the rest room. I definitely don't want anyone to see my kids using the restroom. I understand we have a busy life and need a great day care for our kids. We definitely have a very poor day care management all over Birmingham.
