  I was behind you yesterday November 12 on the loop. Your bus says that you stop at all rr crossings. Not true I guess because you did not stop at the one on the loop near UT road.

  They allowed my child to be bullied by another child for months now. I have made several statements that they need to be separated and I also have had several conversations with both Joan and T. I have asked for the direct managers information and I was not provided anything until my care was dismissed due to my actions. Mind you I have proof of every single one of my interactions with the staff there. I called today to see about getting my children’s things and T hung up on me 2 times and the 3rd time I called I told her the call was recorded and she acted like she had sense. I have also received NO documentation of any of my so called “outbursts” they claim happened. T has to be the most unprofessional “assistant director” I have ever met, and I have a ece background, and at her grown age I have no idea why she feels she needs to lie, but that’s okay because I have proof of all of the interactions from this center. They have also yet to provide me with ANY contact information of the district manager. I had to go through KinderCare support to get it.

  They allowed my son to be taken out of class with an unauthorized person and neither the teachers or the director could explain to me how they let someone walk out of the door with my son! Ill never recommend this facility to no one.

  I love my daughter coming to this daycare. She is almost 1yr old and has been with me from day one. She has been going to kindercare since last Thursday. At first it was hard for me to leave her because she has terrible separation anxiety. But by yesterday she was happy and excited to go to the teacher and when I picked hee up she didn't cry . Has had a fun time learning and being with others. I really enjoy her being in a safe environment and with the teachers here. Shout out to the lady's working in the infants and toddlers rooms!

  While this was the nicest and cleanest facility I toured, we unfortunately ended up having a bad experience anyways. My daughter went for 2 days, and both days she came home in the same diaper I sent her in. I was going to address the issue on the third morning at drop off, but when my daughter realized where we were, she let out a “mommy don’t leave me here” cry. She’s not new to daycare, she has no issues going to daycares on the cruise ships or the gym. She never cried at drop off in Alabama, she wakes up every morning ready to go to “school” as she calls it. Another thing worth noting is that my daughter came home and the first thing she asked for was ice water. She drank her whole cup in one standing.. there’s also no cameras in the facility, which wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but now I’m thinking it should be. I unfortunately cannot recommend this daycare
