We truly appreciate how involved our teachers have been in supporting our child’s growth and development. They consistently keep us informed—sharing updates on what our child eats throughout the day, any challenges they may be facing along with thoughtful solutions, and what they’re currently learning. Their communication and dedication mean a great deal to us!

During the last three years as a secondary caregiver. The staff do not know how to explain or implement informal and formal assessments or intervention plans that will lead the child develop their full potential of their skills. Providing a more personalize program monitoring the progress and helping the child from were they are able to develop their skills. Implenenting the tools for them to progress and providing less of a childcare environment. My child have been here for three years and is stuck been behind with no explanation of any interventions or how they will progress if having problems writing their letters backwards. The staff do not know how to detect abuse or how protect the child from an abusive parenting environment.
