  We've had our three kids through here since early 2018. A few core teachers have been here the entire time (Ms Donita, Ms Joni, Ms Taylor, Ms Lisa, Ms Celeste) and they have really cared for our family. We've been through several different directors and through covid and out the other side and this place still works well for us.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Ms Amy the new director is down right AWFUL. She just stares you down the moment you walk in and has this awful scowl and demeanor all the time. I use to love this place when Mrs Jennifer was the head director. My son really flourish and came a long way when she was there. Mrs Donetta is the absolute best teacher and Mrs Lisa is amazing and so is ms Taylor. All the staff are excellent EXCEPT the new director Amy. My son has been there for 2 years and has never had this bad of an experience. This new director Amy TWISTED HIS ARMS AND HELD MY CHILD DOWN AS DISCIPLINE AND HURT MY CHILD all because she was frustrated and couldn’t handle her own emotions. He’s 5 years old, needed redirection, not corporal punishment and restraint. All of the sudden since she took over the staff seem stressed and unhappy and now she says my child is not welcome back anymore out of nowhere. She’s incompetent and would rather kick children out than deal with them. She will also change your door code without warning. If you value your child’s learning experience then please stay away from here. Like I said all the teachers are phenomenal but the only problem is director Amy. We wish Mrs Jennifer would come back.

  I absolutely love KinderCare Forrest Crossing! The team is so caring, kind, and always keeps me in the loop. The daily updates and pictures with friends are the best part of my day. I feel totally at ease knowing my child is in great hands. I really rely on this amazing team and appreciate everything they do!

  My son has been attending this daycare for a few years now. We first came here when it was under different management/director and though we were happy then, our experience has only gotten better each year. Everyone is beyond kind patient and welcoming. They try their best to give the best experiences, teachings, and care. If you have a concern, they are quick to listen and help. I have always appreciated the daycare always looking for ways to improve. They genuinely care about each person that walks through those doors each morning! We are off to kindergarten this year and so sad to say goodbye to everyone. My son adores his teachers. We couldn’t have asked for better daycare fam.

  I absolutely enjoy my children attending this, child care facility! In my very own opinion this is beyond the best child care facility that I could have chosen for my boys to attend. All the ladies that show up for my children everyday treat them as they are their very own! They go above and beyond to learn about the children and the parents, I receive tons of updates from diaper changes to as far as how long my child’s nap was to pictures of their daily activities and message reminders! Their summer program is so amazing I have never seen another child care facility do anything like they do. The communication is Amazing with all the ladies! They provide diapers and wipes for all infants as well as cups, at other facilities my children stayed sick, this one they haven’t been sick at all and that has allowed me to strive at work. I don’t know what I’d do without anyone at this location at all! Thank you so much ladies for all that you do I really appreciate every single one of you!
