I cannot say enough good things about Primrose Temple. The entire staff is amazing-always so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The teachers and staff ensure a stimulating, nurturing environment. This environment combined with the curriculum of this accredited facility provides a solid foundation for the children's success!

We enrolled our daughter in the toddler room around January, and since then we’ve had five separate incidents of her being bitten. On top of that, there was a serious accident where she fell while “running on water” inside. She hit her cheek so hard it swelled to the size of a baseball. It took two months to heal. I understand kids behave unpredictably; incidents happen. But this is beyond occasional lapses, it feels like the staff are overwhelmed and cannot give each child proper supervision or care. What’s worse, the daily incident reports that require parent signatures are numerous. For our family, it’s appalling. Staffs response was kids bite,we'll move the biter, your daughter can stand next to the teacher all day to prevent this again... If you are looking at this daycare for your child, please do your homework: ask how they manage staff/child ratios, how they handle biting incidents, and what safety measures are in place. Advocate for your child. You deserve peace of mind when you leave them in someone else’s care. UPDATE: As of 9/15/25 at 10:22am the owner of primrose called me and said that my husband was irrate when speaking with staff (at time of incident) and parents had complained. She said she would not move forward with calling the police if only I removed this posting. When I asked her for this conversation in writing she would not provide that. I dont understand how this can be verbal but not in writing. She the said she will have her attorney take care of it. Quick to legal action but not quick to advocate for my child.

Absolutely amazing teachers, staff, program, and facility. For military, they do participate in Childcare Aware. They use an app to give you daily updates on your kiddos. Drop-off/pickup is extremely easy. They put on multiple programs/events throughout the year.

Very very disappointed. Your child needs to be visibly physically harmed more than 4 times in order for the school to take some action against bullying. This is without counting other kids being bullied by the same bully. In our case, we understood from the staff, that the bully was not going to be expelled. If you want to take your kid out, be prepared to pay for 30+days. This is the right place for your kid if 1. you are rich 2. your kid is a bully. We tried to get hard copy of their policy but never received any response. You might get to hear from them but never any hard copy. Early education is a joke. You would need to spend more time teaching your kid at home. Some good reviewer here are the staff in the school. Having said all this, like anywhere else, there are some great staff. But there is on going high turnover rate.
