Best school hands down!! From front office ladies to the teachers to the lovely kids here! From the 1st day my son loved his teachers and the environment! They are very open with communication and love the updates i get throughout the day on the App! They also actually learn too! That’s A-1!! My 3 year old comes home singing and reciting his day and even learning in Spanish! Thanks KinderCare! Love that we are apart of this Family!

***Updated Review: Proceed with Caution***
It’s heartbreaking to say this, but this daycare has gone significantly downhill under the current leadership. While many of the teachers are still truly wonderful, caring, and dedicated, they are unfortunately not in a position to speak openly about concerns. When asked direct or sensitive questions, they often defer back to the Director, Mittens, which seems to be either instructed or out of fear of repercussions.
One of the most alarming incidents involved my child being released to someone not on the written pick-up list—a clear violation of both daycare policy and state law. Not only was this person not authorized, but Director Mittens initially refused to tell me who picked up my child. I had to go to the daycare in person to follow up, and only then did she finally admit who it was. This is not just a violation of policy—it’s a serious safety concern.
There have also been disturbing breaches of privacy. Mittens allowed another parent to view private emails I sent to the daycare and make unauthorized changes to enrollment documents. Reports that should be in my child’s file have also gone missing—including one involving a parent who was seen drinking alcohol in the parking lot before picking up my child. That incident was reported with a written statement confirmed by the teacher that saw it, but now there is no written documentation of it.
I’ve escalated these issues to higher-level management, and while they claim they’ll address things with Mittens, either she is disregarding their direction or they’re not following through—because nothing has changed. She continues to act with no accountability, putting children and families at risk.
Director Mittens also routinely covers for staff mistakes, blurs personal and professional boundaries, and has shared personal information about my child outside of work, which is a complete breach of confidentiality. She prioritizes protecting herself and her staff over the safety and rights of the families they serve.
When I raised these concerns respectfully and directly, I was threatened with having my child disenrolled from the daycare. I also have a video recording of this confrontation as evidence. If you do decide to speak up, I strongly recommend you get everything in writing. Do not rely on verbal conversations or phone calls—the stories will change.
While I still have a lot of respect and appreciation for the teachers, the administration is failing, and the leadership is putting children’s safety, family privacy, and state regulations at risk. If you’re looking for transparency, protection, and professional integrity, this is not the place for your child.
Old review:
Both my kids attended this school since my oldest was a young 4 (now 6) and my youngest was an infant (now 3).
My oldest struggled with ADHD and being able to stay focused. Ms. Shelby and Ms. Lauren worked with him so much hands on he got caught up in no time and gained so many fun friends at school. My youngest was taken care of my Ms. Heather who has a really great personality with the little ones. She treated my younger son like he was her own and you could tell she truly loves her job and the babies. My younger son is now three and has been with both
Ms. S was wonderful when my youngest moved up after infant stage. I loved how structured she was, it was perfect for my youngest learning his “little” personality lol.
He currently has Ms. Maria and Ms. Michelle for the last year and he is very happy to go to school. He talks about his friends and what he learns everyday. I get so many pictures of all the cool things they are doing in the classroom. This is not just a daycare, it’s a school where the kids actually learn and the teachers work together to keep this school running well!
I’ve used other daycare cares in the area and well as my sister and family members. This daycare there has been a special bond with both my kids not found at others. They changed names recently but the quality has not changed.

We love Ms Lauren and Ms Shelby! Both of my kids excelled in PreK (4yrs apart) with these amazing ladies. They care so deeply for all kids. They have made a lasting impression on both of mine and I’m grateful for how much these ladies have taught them during their time as their teachers. We will greatly miss Ms Lauren and Ms Shelby when my youngest transitions to kinder next year!

My son is in the PreK class with Ms. Lauren and Mrs. Shelby. The teachers have been wonderful with my son. He comes home talking about all the wonderful things they teach him. He especially loves show and tell! He enjoys playing outside daily with fun and creative activities! These teachers go above and beyond with their students. I would recommend them to any parent looking in town.

From Heather: It is bittersweet to leave this review. First and foremost, most of the teachers are incredible. The Director is always hands-on and involved. The absolute downside is flexibility, if you have to drop your kids off at a certain time over the normal time due to your work you are frowned upon as everyone checks their time when you arrive. There is zero flexibility for some parents who have different work hours. Now, if you work in the medical field and are cash pay then they'll work with you if you need to drop the kids off later than usual or say between 10-11 everyday. Also, there is an area in the school with no camera visibility that is very concerning. Some teachers kiss on several of the younger kids faces and hands constantly which is concerning as well given the illnesses that can easily be spread. The infant room lead teacher is a Godsend, she is what makes this place feel perfect...And while it is not perfect it is also not the worst place either but it is definitely not for the parents that need flexibility and care/work balance. Although, they will tell you at first they can work with you. I found 4 other places in the area, similar prices who are willing to work with unconventional schedules and dropoff times so it's not that they can't work with you, it's just "always been policy" although they also advertise drop off care and part-time on their new site.
