Called and spoke to Courtney (Apologize if misspelled) as I was inquiring about the pricing. I was asking questions professionally and courteously, but the experience of the interaction with Courtney was very abysmal. I felt like I was wasting her time by being interested in the facility as Courtney's responses were very "short" and indifferent. For charging almost $500/wk for full-time daycare, I sincerely hope they improve their customer experience.

I originally gave Primrose 3 stars, but I'm knocking it down a star after no one could bother to follow up with me on what the owners supposedly said after they were allegedly asked what their basis is for arbitrarily sending home kids who aren't sick.
My son was sent home with a temperature that was less than a fever (he had 100.2, and a fever is 100.4, per the doctor - which Primrose also acknowledged). The next day, his pediatrician said he wasn't sick, that he had allergies, that he wasn't contagious, and that he could return that day. But that doctor's note wasn't enough. Primrose made my son miss picture day and made me have to play nanny while I had a busy day at work (the thing that allows us to afford daycare), for no good reason. I was told that the owners would be asked that day for clarification on their senseless policy, but no one followed up to pass any clarification along (either because the conversation never took place or there is none).
There's a lot of pros to this place. My son's teachers really love the kids, and I trust them with my son. However, this place is extremely bureaucratic and unreasonably rigid with their requirements for "sick" kids, making it very hard for working parents.

I absolutely love this school. Both of my kiddos started at a young age, about three months old and I could not imagine sending them anywhere else. It is always tough leaving your babies to go back to work but Primrose made the transition as seamless as possible. The teachers are wonderful and my kids have thrived under their care and curriculum. The best part is that they enjoy going to school and look forward to it each morning. I can’t speak highly enough about the school, teachers, and administrative staff. Such a wonderful experience and I look forward to seeing my kids reach their next milestones and achievements

I honestly can't imagine what it is like to run a day care operation. From the everyday occurrence's with the children, to the occasional confrontations from upset parents. Rosemary and her husband have made themselves quite available to both my wife and myself and they are never hiding behind closed doors like many day care owners that we have dealt with in the past. Beyond the owners, the staff at the Southlake location are what make the difference! My kid's LOVE their teachers! Love! And that love comes with some re-enforced teachings of how my children should mind their manors and when my children need to have their listening ears on (might be more often than not). Combined with our parenting, we find the primrose curriculum very much in line for what we expect for our children and we appreciate what they do for our family!
