Every single day she comes home saying, "I had a great day!”which speaks volumes about the care, kindness, and engaging environment the staff provide. The teachers are nurturing, attentive, and truly make the children feel safe and loved. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands and genuinely enjoys her time there. PHL provides top notch service in every way. From the front office, to the teachers, to Ms. Sherri in the kitchen -- my kids feel safe, I feel heard & our family feels valued. Every single staff member knows my children's' names (even if they're in a different class)! Curriculum is excellent, teachers are super friendly. Second child started a few weeks ago in the infant room and we didn't blink an eye at trusting them. This location is top notch with Owner on site very often and very little staff turnover. Highly recommend. It's worth the extra $.
