  Our child has been enrolled here for just over three years, and our experience has been very positive. The teachers are highly dedicated, and we’ve noticed significant improvement in her learning and development.

  My two children ( 3 and 5) joined Primrose about 3 months ago and i have been very impressed with their curriculum and service so far. My children are excelling in this environment and are soaking in all they are learning each day. The best part is that my kids look forward to going to class every day. The teachers and school director keep the lines of communication open and they work with me if my child acts out or loses focus in class, which lets be honest... this is pretty normal for a 5 year old. I appreciate their patience and kindness with my children.

  We've been at Primrose for over 6 years now, with all our kids having attended there. We are proud to see the development in our kids, both in their learning and social skills. Our experience with the teachers and staff is that they've been very professional and easy to communicate with. They've been a large part of why our kids are eager to go to school. If any questions or concerns had come up, we'd have an open discussion with the Director...simple as that. Especially during these challenging times, we wouldn't have been able to manage without Primrose staying open and continuing to support.

  My daughter was physically and verbally abused by her teacher in her pre k class at the school in huebner village. (I’ll spare the details) in short though my daughter came home stating she wasn’t capable of learning because she was incompetent when i asked her about school. She would cry bloody murder at drop off (And she was in daycare her whole life) . She came home with multiple bruises on arm and collarbone area. She would tell me to brush her hair in a ponytail so her teacher couldnt pull it. It took my daughter a long time to trust again....and when i confronted the teacher RESPECTFULLY she laughed in my face. She currently still works there and no action was taken all they did was apologize and refund me (partial of what i paid so they would “take care” of my daughter) money. My daughter still fears this teacher and she wasn’t even at this school for 5 weeks To this day The owner never reached out to apologize. I truly believe we should’ve been offered a settlement AND they shouldve IMMEDIATELY terminated that poor excuse of a “teacher” at least
