  I’m going to be honest. Even though I researched the daycare reviews, and reports and found nothing wrong I was really worried about enrolling my nephew. My heart was scared the daycare might not be patient with him due to medical needs. I wish I can go back and calm myself down because I love the kindercare staff. My nephew loves going and playing with his friends. The teachers here are always encourage him and help him achieve his goals for therapy, while making sure he is included and has fun. I want to specifically thank ms.silvia who has been with him since the beginning she has helped us with his health and growth. She is his biggest advocate. My nephew adores her ! She has made a huge impact on his life as well as Julia, Sophia, Tina, and Malinda .Thank you for always keeping my nephew clean, safe,& loved .Yall have become part of our family and I’m so blessed to have yall on his corner.

  , I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at the daycare for going above and beyond for my grandson. Having him in your care has meant more to me than words can express. A very special thank you to Mrs. Sylvia, his teacher, for helping me connect him with the therapy and support he needs. Your guidance, patience, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in his life and in mine. All of the teachers in his classroom take such wonderful care of him. Because of you, I am able to go to work without worry, knowing he is receiving the best care, treatment, and respect every day.   I’ve been involved with Kindercare now for 5 years, both of my boys have went here. My oldest started when he was 3 up until school age. Now my youngest who has been here since he was 9 weeks old & counting! Any issues or concerns I have had within these 5 years have always been addressed with sincerity, urgency, & respect. Coming from someone who is very careful who is around my children, I can say this center genuinely cares about the kids as well as the families that are part of the KinderCare family. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking to enroll their kids in a childcare.

  After a not so great first experience with a previous daycare, what a great relief it was to join the Kindercare family on Guilbeau. Director and co-director, Tara and Esme, are top notch when it comes to professionalism, safety, cleanliness and kindness. Kids aren't relegated to learn in a hole, so to speak, teachers actively engage with the kids in the classes. My little learned so much physically (she was in therapy for a time too) due to the diligent work of the teachers (who are also all wonderful). No place is perfect, but I trust the team here 100% with confidence especially during these tough times. Thank goodness for them!

  In my humble opinion KinderCare was a fair daycare. They had a good director and morning teacher. Whenever we had an issue it was immediately addressed or explained how they operate their procedures. Our daughter was in the toddler room but it was a big room with all kids (12 months up to 2 years old). You could hear everything which we believe intimidated our daughter. Also, it could make it hard to learn anything in a loud environment. The morning teacher was great in the toddler room however; the afternoon teachers need more training. They seemed clueless when it came to our daughter’s day and the urgency wasn’t there when our daughter was crying.
