If I could give Primrose 1 million beautiful stars I truly would!!!!! The best school for our 3 year old! As a mother of 2 under 3 years old, let me rephrase; a true mama bear I am always overly critical of the care thats provided for both of our babies but with Primrose I have truly never worried. The kindest, most patient, passionate staff who I have always felt truly love my baby. Every single person in their staff is always welcoming when we come to school everyday! Our 3 year old has a very strong personality but even with her personality everyone is always so kind to her. At 3 years old we have seen so many beautiful changes in her with their help. She is already fully potty trained, counts to 20, knows her shapes, colors and makes the most amazing advancements and growth daily. Dad and I are appreciative to everyone at Primrose for truly raising the bar in childcare and never making our daughter feel like a number or a transaction. Her future is so bright because of the foundation laid here. If you are looking for the best childcare in San Antonio, again as a mama bear I highly recommend Primrose! šš

Mrs. Aguinaldo has truly been one of the most amazing teachers for Benicio. From the very beginning, she made such a positive impact on him ā and on us as parents. She not only shared countless photos through the app, but she also communicated with us so often that we always felt connected to what was happening in the classroom.
It was so clear how much she genuinely loves her students, and Benicio absolutely adored her. Sheās incredibly creative, informative, and hands-on, always making sure the kidsā learning environment is engaging and full of fun. We honestly wish Benicio could have her as his teacher every year!
She has the perfect balance ā fun and calm, yet firm when needed ā and you can just feel how much she loves what she does. One of my favorite memories was watching Benicio perform the āThrillerā dance. It was so exciting to see how much work and creativity she put into making it special for the kids. My son learned so much from her class in the curriculum and how she brought it to life.
Weāre so grateful for Mrs. Aguinaldo and everything sheās done for our son. I would highly recommend her to any parent who wants their child to have a loving, educational, and truly memorable classroom experience.

I love the learning styles. My child attended Primrose in AZ & TX. Both staffs have been wonderful & my child has grown so much since joining the Primrose family. This was also the first time attending daycare/school so they made us feel welcome, comfortable & cared for. I cannot recommend Primrose enough. Communication with parents is awesome, the teachers & staff can share photos, classroom achievements & Primrose events in app so as a mama with anxiety, this has been monumental in easing my mind. Occasionally the iPads die so anytime Iāve called to check in, whether there was a rough drop off or just wanted to check how my child was doing, the staff has always been so kind & diligent in easing my concerns.

My daughter attended Primrose Alamo Ranch from just 5 months old until she graduated at 5 years old, and we truly couldnāt have asked for a better place for her early childhood. The care and attention she received over the years was exceptional, from the loving infant room staff all the way through to the pre-K teachers who helped prepare her for kindergarten.
What really stood out was how family-oriented the center is. There were always fun, well-organized activities for both kids and parents, seasonal celebrations, community give back, parent breakfasts, and more, which helped us feel connected and part of the community.
The staff clearly love what they do and create a warm, nurturing, and educational environment. Our daughter formed strong friendships, learned so much, and always felt safe and happy there. Weāre so grateful for the role Primrose AR played in her development, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for quality care and a true sense of community.

My children enjoyed this childcare center and the staff were very kind and supportive, especially to my son who has autism and at times needed more understanding and guidance than the others.
