  I couldn't be more happy! My daughter (18 months) found a true Family and a safe environment where she can play and be happy with her amazing teachers. Every morning she brings me her little shoes and pushes me to the door, she knows she is going there. I was very scared before I started this journey, the very first big step outhtere without her mom, but now I am so so so happy and glad I chose this daycare. Truly a gem!!!

  Our daughter has been attending Montessori Schoolhouse for the past year and she has thrived. This is a true Montessori School with staff that have received real training in the Montessori method. They also offer flexible 3 days a week and part-time. I love that her day is a mix of free outdoor play and indoor classroom activities. And the toys and activities that they have are nice simple wooden toys and not plastic. During this year they added on an extension to the porch and now they have a full outdoor classroom and a paved tricycle "race track". The facilities are also located in a beautifully wooded area that is tucked away. The children have an opportunity to see deer, raccoons and other wildlife well they are at school which is so much fun for my daughter..

  The school is led by teachers and staff that are experts in early childhood development. My son (4) and daughter (19 months) go there presently. I know all of the staff, and I love them. The phenomenal Nido teacher, Ms. Padmi, has taught my daughter social skills, language and coordination. Ms. Padmi is outstanding with children, as I have noted over the last 3.5 years of observing her work. The school’s teachers give me a detailed caring report about my kids almost every day. Ms. Rosella, the transition teacher, is so outstanding with her class. She has a heart of gold and is super smart with kids. My boy developed so much while he was in her care for 1.5 years. And now, my son is in Ms. Lee’s primary class there. He is no longer a toddler, but a sparkling, testing the lines, active, boy. Unlike when he started at 13 months there, now he now can talk- and tell me about his day, and about everyone he interacts with. Ms. Lee knows the details of her students, their strengths and weaknesses. Among countless things, she has taught my son to say his L sound perfectly. She gives each student individual instruction time. She will help you know your child and will help give the strong guidance that a young active class needs to get anything done. The assistant teachers are amazingly loving, trustworthy, patient people that my children know fondly, and could turn to for help with confidence they will be taken care of. The school has provided a beautiful foundation for my kids.

  Mis dos hijos han sido parte de esta hermosa escuela Montessori. Tuve la suerte de encontrarla años atras cuando nos mudamos a la ciudad de San Antonio. No solo la preparacion academica que han recibido mis hijos, sino la calidez, el cariño y el verdadero sentido de comunidad en un lugar rodeado de hermosa naturaleza, hacen de esta escuela una joya escondida en una de las zonas mas bonitas y tranquilas de San Antonio....
