  The director is unprofessional. There were several mistakes made from her end and she refused to take accountability. They lost my child's water bottle, charged me extra for two weeks, and lacked communication skills. The bill wasn't corrected until I brought it to their attention a second time, when they had already overcharged me a week before. It was my first time putting my child in daycare, and I wasn't advised of a lot of things until after they occurred. One day, I was informed through the app that another kid purposely scratched mine while my kid was sitting there minding his business. They posted a picture on the app of my son's face and the scratch is slightly below his eye. That could have been a lot worse if it was just slightly higher. So of course, I was upset as his parent. I called and spoke to the director (Marci) asking who the kid was, which I understand why she couldn't tell me. To understand what precautions would be taken to ensure my son doesn't get bullied again, I asked her what conversation she had with the parents. She refused to tell me that as well, even though it was regarding my son's safety - or lack, thereof. She was rude and unprofessional by speaking over me the entire time and hanging up on me when I asked for her superior's contact information - which she also denied doing after I put it in writing. No accountability, whatsoever. I sent a follow up message asking for the contact information and she responded saying she'd send it to me, without actually sending it. I pulled my son out the same day, since the person running this daycare can't be honest or trusted and this directly effects my son's safety. During pick up, it was brought to my attention by the teacher that she misunderstood what happened. The other kid accidentally grabbed my kid because they both fell and the other kid was trying to grab something for balance. This entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication. One again, it wasn't. I still haven't received a response regarding her superior's contact info. Bottom line, don't leave your kid here if you care about their well-being.

  Definitely would not recommend this place for childcare as I was a former teacher here. Management is a joke very understaffed, i witnessed to much neglect/abuse. Not to mention abuse of the staff. Within the first week working here 3 ppl walked out and quit. I was hired on at 7/8 mths pregnant, the director said she was “unaware” I was pregnant 😒😡 Which was a lie they hired me quick only to fill much needed spots. I had to have a lot of bathroom breaks due to my pregnancy just to be told I need permission and must wait until someone comes relieves me!! Which was at most 30min. I was so physically/emotionally drained from this place in just one week. It break my heart to leave as I wanted to provide care and protect all the babies being neglected. I even got yelled at by another teacher for picking up a screaming baby too much! I will always attend to babies crying this place just lets them scream and scream. Not enough staff and they overpopulate the rooms. The teacher to kid ratio is outrageous. Not mentioning putting older kids with the infants that bite the younger ones that are helpless. Stay far away from this place as a parent and employee

  My nieces go here and it has been an amazing place for them to grow. I am so grateful. They love their classroom, their friends, and their teachers. The staff is highly professional and dedicated to providing the most nurturing environment for all the children. Health and safety are a top priority and engaging activities are a staple of the daily routine.

  We are truly impressed with Round Rock KinderCare. Thanks to the wonderful staff, from the principal to teachers, my children are having a wonderful, loving experience. The level of attention to positive, personal interactions and the quality of curriculum are unprecedented. My kids know they are loved. I've seen their emotional and physical skills grow.

  Our child has been attending Round Rock Kindercare for 4.5 months. I was worried about how she would transition from having a family member watch her to being in a daycare center, but she has adapted really well. Her teachers are attentive and nurturing. Being around other children her age has helped her be more social.
